We cannot let a Pats vs Chiefs AFCCG happen this year.

It’s a very difficult predicament for Pegula. Beane and McD have been the key cog within this Org for almost 9 years. They have built a winning organization that has been able to get as far as AFCCg on multiple occasions. Question is do you blow that all up now and try to find FO and HC to take this team to next level (Super Bowl)? That will require a micro rebuild and you run the risk of it not working out and being even worse of than with current FO and coaching staff. Oh and by the way you only have 5 years MAX of Allen prime years to make it work. very tough call.

But is it all just about profiting? Yeah, owners can spend the bare minimum and make a nice profit per year, but I would argue building the team value is more important. You don’t do that unless you win, and to win, you need to spend.

Agree. We’re basically the same team that we were last year. I’ve been against it, but I’m starting to come around to cleaning house (FO and coaching). Allen has a max of 5 years of prime play left. We’re spinning our wheels with Beane + Mcd, its time for some fresh blood. Issue is there is obvious huge risk with bring in a whole new FO and coaching staff.

I’d love if they get the 1 seed. We get the 7 seed, beat the colts in the first round. Then beat the Pats in the divisional. Then on queue, we play KC in AFCCG and finally get the job done.

Somehow Vegas still has us with 4 best odds to win it 8.5/1. for us to have any shot, we would need Oliver back and guys like Benford, Bernard and Milano healthy and playing a lot better. Agree with this. If we make the playoffs we’ll likely be a Wildcard. The teams (Pats, Broncs, Colts) at the top are young and inexperienced - we could go on a run if we get healthy.
