  1. Well, i don't feel good about this one..........yeah, i said the exact same thing against the Rams and got flamed hard for it (you know, ole Sweats might know a thing or two), but i think McD and Babich will have the D step up and actually compete in this one. I mean, i still think we might keep it close for a little while anyways but prepare to have the doors blown off and possibly a good old fashioned out behind the woodpile spanking.
  2. We weren't stopping anything or anybody alllllllllllllllllllllll day, but we were going to miraculously have a 3 and out?!? Like, come on, man.........you can do better than this.
  3. How'd that prediction work out for you?!?
  4. I honestly thought we only had 9 guys on the field all game long between the O, the D, and ST's.
  5. A dangerous 6-6 team that is still fighting for a playoff spot...........I said it all week long and no one wanted to listen to ole Sweats.
  6. So, we couldn't beat the Rams (which i called all week long, saying it would be a tight game) and we for sure won't beat the Lions, so that would put us at 10-4 at this point in the season, with a playoff spot locked up and our 5th straight AFCEast title.........i'll take it.
  7. We got absolutely zero pressure on Stafford who was sitting all day long behind a suspect Oline. Like, i have no words for the game planning we did on this one.
  8. Did anyone even ask McD what his actual gameplan was cause that's what i would be interested in knowing.
  9. Just tell them straight up that you think the gift is garbage and that's where it belongs.......and just throw it in the trash. They'll rethink a good present for next year after that.
  10. Washed.........they should have sent him along with Poyer on the same day.
  11. We seem to have the best production from Cook when he is running to the outside edges, but why we continue to run him up the gut for 1 yard is beyond belief. Our D was a sieve all day long. We kept Kupp in check and let Nacua run all over the field and sit in the soft zones and did nothing to address it. Zero pressure on Stafford, even behind one of the most suspect Olines in the NFL. ..........disgusting
  12. So........#1 seed or a healthy roster?
  13. You see, even you guys can't decide or determine whether #1 seed or a healthy roster. It's not a simple question with a simple answer.
  14. What if his injury was more of a detriment to the team to have him out on the field until fully healthy? He plays physical and he could quite easily reinjure it or make it worse. I'll leave it to the team and team doctors to make the decision whether he should play or not.
  15. BTW, we're all major Bills fans in this office, besides Larry (he's a Ravens fan) ........nobody really likes Larry or talks to him though.
  16. I'm pretty sure that's already a porn vernacular
  17. I'm flip flopping back and forth on this (yeah, i'm not the guy you want as a debate partner). I see the logic both ways. #1 seed gives you one less playoff game to contend with and allows guys to get healthy, but going into the post season healthy gives the team a bit of an advantage, however, anything is possible, and guys might get hurt at any time, so........
  18. Debates like you wouldn't believe.......some of the topics almost comes to blows, man especially concerning the Bills cause everybody's an armchair QB, HC, FO, etc.
  19. No one is saying to rest players for the next 5 games.........i mean, if a guy is hurting and needs some extra time to heal up, then do we rush him back into the lineup to try to get the #1 seed or let him heal up proper.
  20. Alright, you filthy animals, i need you to settle a raging debate we've got going on in my office right now....... If you could only have one, would you want the #1 seed or a fully healthy roster?.......you can only have one. Literally half the office is saying to make a solid push for the #1 seed no matter the outcome and the other half is saying that we're already in the playoffs, so getting our roster as healthy as possible for the postseason should be the number one priority. Your input and feedback are valuable in calming my office down presently. I mean, i like a good debate, however, this may get out of control shortly.
  21. Just ask the salesman who the CEO is........i'll bet you'll get a good deal on a vehicle after that.
  22. I'm working late today, so i'm having sandwiches, but i like sandwiches, so i'm doing alright.
  23. Dude, you just gotta know how to play the game........there are so many loopholes and "grey" areas and once you figure them out, you will always have the upper hand. Having vehicles that aren't moving and sitting on the lots is actually costing the dealership money. They are in the business to move product, not store it, so once people recognize and understand how desperate dealerships are for business, the average Joe always wins. In fact, i've been banned from some dealerships over figuring out how to play the game.
  24. Here's another trick at the dealerships....... Let's say for arguments sakes, you're buying a vehicle for $25,000 and you are paying cash, the dealership will always want this price to be $25,000 PLUS tax, so that price will be closer to $28,000-$30,000.........so when you get to the bank, get a certified cheque for only $25,000. When you hand the cheque over to the salesman, of course he'll say what the hell is this cause we agreed on a price of $25,000 PLUS tax and then just say you misunderstood and thought you agreed on the price being $25,000 which included tax, apologize for wasting his time and ask for the cheque back........he won't give the cheque back, he'll grumble and make the deal. $25,000 in his hand is worth something, a customer walking away is worth nothing. I use this one every time and every time it works, just as long as you understand how desperate the salespeople are to close a deal, you always have the upper hand. This trick is "Sweats guaranteed".
  25. Here's another trick at the dealerships...... Take your vehicle financing over 12 years.......but make sure you get an "open financing", where you can pay as much as you want, as often as you want, as long as you pay the monthly minimum. Banks will shoot their load when someone wants to finance over 12 years cause they figure you'll be paying the vehicle off for 12 years and the vehicle by then will be worthless. The banks look at the longer you owe them money, the more money they will make off of you. If your financing is over 12 years, your monthly payment will be like around $125/month.......but with an "open finance" which allows you to pay what you want as often as you want, if you are having some good months at work, then throw everything at the financing, but the minimum of $125/month still allows you to manage if you have some really bad months with work. Banks hate it, but it's legal. I've actually had banks throw it in a clause where we had to pay a minimum of at least 1 year before we totally paid the vehicles off.......they are getting wise to it.
