It’s funny everyone being so critical about slow starts. Yeah it has sucked but all the pointing fingers are at Josh. Giants game they didn’t score until the 4th quarter, read that a lot. Well our first two drives were cut short because the DBs legs got caught up in our WRs. Both looked like they would have been big plays. Then they had Gabes fumble on the third. Then I think the pick which Josh can take sole responsibility for but not really the rest. We had two missed FGs that game right? In the third I remember us having the ball once and I think the drive was 10 or 12 minutes and led to a 4th quarter Td. Then followed up by another Td and the last drive was us trying to kill clock. Well they scored 3 points in the first half last game, read that a lot. The INt was Joshs fault again but the missed FG and the Td getting negated wasn’t. Would have been tied at half if not for those miscues. They punted once all game, had another drive stall on 4th down because of a dropped pass. They scored 25 points and left the field up 3 with 2 minutes left. Rarely ever going to be a perfect game of football but that’s how a lot of people on this board expect Josh to play. Lmao. Some people going on about how much work he puts in, like they actually know. Yeah he’s been more in the public’s eye and cashing in on a few things, how do you actually know he’s done less than his usual because of it? Gimme a break. So ***** stupid.

He did give Harty 10 million after about 40 career catches. He thought Sherfield was a player despite bouncing around the league for 4 years. Before that he put all his faith in Davis and McKenzie. Then doubled down on Davis giving us the excuses about his injury. Beane deserves plenty of blame

After the last 3 weeks it’s pretty safe to say we should be worried about almost every QB

Trade him then, get a kings ransom. MCD can put all the picks towards his D and we can watch the players get put in and out of the lineup for four years before any of them start to contribute. The offensive struggles are all around. It’s as much Allen as it is the WRs, DC and oline.

I kind of agree with ya. Josh has had to change his game because of lack of weapons, protection and McD stopping him from running. He’s taken the short passes and now the offense is starting to slow down again. Teams keep making adjustments and it’s all on him to keep changing when we don’t got the group around him to do it as a unit.

100% The Bills have not been improving their roster, they have been maintaining it. As players get older they depreciate just like a used car. Worst of it is it has really effected our development of young players.

The only problem with leaving it to draft picks is we don’t get much out of them. Dorian Williams getting sat at this point for Dotson is the perfect example of McD always going with the vet. Dotson was just as bad. We gave up 19 in second compared to 10 in the first. Against the Jags he did the same thing and it never solved anything. Elam is the same way. Guy gets ***** on but our DBs haven’t covered anyone the past 3 games, it’s not just Elam. Benford is good for 2 or 3 penalties a game, so is Johnson. Lol. Bernard is playing great but he got his fare share of pass interference penalties as well.

Seasoned vets don’t get sat under McD for poor play, just a talking to on a weekly basis.

This team has too many problems for a trade to save the season. This ain’t a problem that just popped up this has been brewing for years. Everything that was a problem last year has just gotten worse. Jmo. Bringing the same vets back over and over like they are terrified to move on. Our secondary was a problem last year, we brought back the exact same guys. WRs a problem last year, Davis still gets 90 % of the snaps. Beane sold us the injury excuse all off-season. Did the same thing for Spencer Brown. The team is just not improving. Absolutely no need in bringing back Dane, Poyer, Lawson, Phillips besides the familiar with the system. That’s what the offseason is for, that’s what coaching is for. Bringing in Sherfield and Harty to help solve our problem at WR is just ***** laughable and it has been since March.

Beane and McD…. Everything has carried over from last year. Sure we have players injured, but some of these guys were injured last year and we seen how things played out without them. Jones was injured last year vs the Bengals and we seen the impact. The guys we had last year behind him couldn’t get the job done, no surprise they can’t get it done now. DB group has basically zero change from last year besides the backup safety. It was a weakness down the stretch last year and it’s a weakness now. We brought in Beas and Smoke late last season because we had an issue at WR, their answer was Sherfield and Harty. To be honest, we might have been better off bringing back Beas and Smoke. Oline was a nightmare late last season, I’ll applaud them on the Torrence pick but McGovern was paid for his versatility. That’s what McD likes, he has versatility because he couldn’t lock down a job though. Brown is still Brown though, still the weakest link. Our team ain’t getting younger and McD is so terrified of minor mistakes out of a young fellas he’s clueless that the same minor mistakes are happening all over the field.

I took my dog for a long walk right before each game during the 3 game winning streak, never had the time the last 3 though. Maybe that’s why the O is struggling.
