  1. DING DING DING! now lets all move along. nothing to see here.
  2. 100%. i always knew he was a solid option for brees and the saints over the years but never paid much attention. sure handed and very slippery 3rd down/spell back.
  3. right. honestly...... 25% is still be sorta generous in my IMO and i'm usually quite the optimist.
  4. funny.... i got burned by numerous posters in the past saying taylor was basically the alex smith of the last 4 or 5 years before this season. only difference is one has wins and gets a much longer leash becuz he's been gifted elite defenses, run game and talent around him over the last 5 years up until this season. looks like the chiefs had the right idea winning games while they could and drafting the young prospect. maybe just a year late though. its exactly what i wanted buffalo to do this last draft. win as many as they could. make the playoff push and groom a young guy.... not named Peterman.
  5. this game really didn't do much to change my view. i didn't think they were as bad as the last 3 losses and didn't really think they were as good as the 5-2 record weeks ago. just an average squad. could go anywhere from 7-9 to 9-7 depending on how the ball bounces. happened to catch a team at the right time playing awful football. dennison is freaking awful..... i remember a sequence in the 2nd half where they ran for 9 on first down and then couldn't get a 2nd and then a 3rd and one. and then on the very next drive they ran for 7 on 1st down and again couldn't pick up 3 more on 2nd and 3rd. both drives were 3 and outs..... that's pathetic. in other news....what a breath of fresh air cadet has been.
  6. thankfully i wont be able to tune in becuz i'll be in the Riviera Maya sipping on every drink under the sun. my wife actually made sure to schedule this vacation for the away game vs the pats. what a woman!
  7. Quick takes: taylor is no more or no less than he ever was. AVERAGE. Won’t win any games but won’t lose any either. The run run game is in shambles and maddening. Dennison sucks and needs to find a time machine back to 2001 when his offense wasn’t obsolete. If the bills play that type of defens they’ll win more than they lose becuz of the protection of the ball Taylor offers. I honestly think we were just playing a really bad team and I’m still not holding my breath for the rest of the season. Back to reality next week. But I’ll enjoy the next couple days after the win
  8. They have built in responses that have to do with the team winning in spite of Taylor. It hasn’t mattered how he’s played all year. Minds were made up on Taylor way before the season even started. And there have been a fairly large group of posters all too happy to say I told so now that the team is in a nose dive. Most of which were nowhere to be found around here when the team was winning.
  9. Idiocy would be using 1 or 2 games as the foundation of one's argument. How about we look at the bigger picture. One where said qb has won more than he's lost. Im all for moving on from Taylor but you look really foolish in all this. He's not nearly the horrible player you make him out to be. Cherry picking games makes it pretty clear you aren't capable of thinking clearly on the subject. You would think it would be as simple as this but there are some special characters around here that have a really hard time grasping that concept.
  10. well it already gave me a chuckle so i'd say he's already nailed a portion of what he was after. lol
  11. fair to say that if we look back at his career numbers and wins/losses, that he most likely wont play that way and using that one game as the foundation of all your arguments lately is sorta foolish. but whatever. we'll probably lose the game no matter how he plays. the chiefs and the bills both need one another right now. guess we'll see which one can expose the other to a worse degree.
  12. have fun rooting for loss..... duntz.
  13. I already explained this once.....in this modern era these here computer things we type on have spell check. I knew it was misspelled. it was slangy and I didn't care....... and i'll tell you what I told the other crappy poster. if that's all you have to say to that post then I think we're done here. good talk, friend.
  14. i'm not gonna hold my breath for a win this week. but we do have some things going for us.... the chiefs might be almost as bad as us recently at pressuring the qb. their defensive front has made most Olines look good. their corners are borderline awful outside peters and their offense has gone into a bills like shell. tough game on the road. 2 teams fighting for their lives.... winnable though. each team could argue that the other team is exactly what they need to get back on track.
  15. you kept relatively quiet and didn't rock the boat for the better part of 7 weeks talking about how you were warming up to taylor and now have come in spouting over and over about how you were right all along.... you are EXACTLY that. you've gone from a fairly rational poster to borderline obnoxious on the subject very quickly.
  16. I understood I spelled it wrong dude. my computer has spell check. and if that's the only response you have for me i'd say we're done here. good talk, BRUH.
  17. literally one of the worst posters I've ever seen here. I literally have never said any of those things. in fact I was of the mind set that we should draft a qb at 10 last spring or draft one early in 18 even if taylor plays solid. you're a freaking duntz, dude. and obviously have comprehension issues.
  18. annnndddd that's the problem with this board.... the minute you think taylor should start you apparently think he's good. no. the WOW was the fact that while we are still tied for that last seed i'm all for putting the best team out on the field. that does not include Peterman. we still have plenty of ammo with current and future picks to go get a young prospect. why cant you people grasp the concept that just becuz tyrod should start doesn't mean we think he's a great qb? how is this so hard to wrap your heads around?
  19. whats sad is it seems you are almost wishing for the losses just so we are rid of him. AMEN. crappy thread from a crappy poster.
  20. dennison has made sure this isn't the case.
  21. I would argue that was the situation last week. looking at the overwhelming amount of people on this board who voted for the initial change and were ultimately horribly wrong. and also judging by the idiots that I was surrounded by at the saints game that were yelling for Peterman has our offensive line couldn't block for Tolbert on a 3rd and one. I cant think of more rabbling than that.
  22. week one their old kicker got on blocked to send it to OT. week 2 he missed a 40 some yarder to win it vs Miami... they could very easily be 6-4 or better.
  23. right... hadn't the jets lost 3 in a row? lol. theres the chiefs losing competitive games and then theres whatever the hell you call what the bills have done.
