If it’s my pick here is the Bills next QB
CEN-CAL17 replied to bills in oregon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Realistically the QBs are -Mayfield (maybe) - probably gone 10-15 range. -Mason Rudolph -Riley Ferguson -Mike White This FO is not going to trade up. I see the Bills trading 22 for an early 2nd and 3rd -

Don’t mind the kid... But he’s got s slower release, brings the ball down, not as low as Leftwich but that’s an example. -
He’s worked a ton next to Belichick, McDaniels and Brady... I’m sure he knows quite a bit about the passing game.
-
Why is it you always no more than everyone else?! At times you know more than NFL coaching staffs and FOs... like here. Do you know what a contrarian is?
-
I like it a lot... Hes worked with Belichick, Saban, McDaniels, Brady etc. has OC experience. A very detailed oriented. Very solid pick up. Please get Dorsey as a QB coach

channel 2- Buffalo comments re alleged Incognito...

We all know that specific person where no matter what you say, they think everything that comes out is racist. I’ve seen players on both sides say they never heard crap! This whole story is just dumb! This is a Michael Bennett in Vegas story!!! -

Gotta go after a feature running back

Next year being Shadys last year with Buffalo anyways. I would like to see Buffalo get someone more proven. A 1-2 punch. I would like to see Isaiah Crowell signed. Shady and Crowell could be nice with Crowell taking over in 2019. Then he will still only be 26 years old. Would just like to see him play under a legit balanced offense and on a team who can throw. -
Where is the plane? Does anyone know?

If the OC is Bevell I see 2 Things.....
CEN-CAL17 replied to JMF2006's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Will fans quit tying Tyrod to Bevell because of Russell Wilson. It’s annoying. Like Bevell can only run an offense if the QB can run. There are a lot of athletic QBs in the league... -

A vet QB will have to be in place before you could even entice 75% of those guys. -
Article from Yahoo Sports on Mayfield
CEN-CAL17 replied to DefenseWins's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thing is, his teammates love him. He doesn’t have a bad attitude and he doesn’t have bad character. Fans compare him to Manziel but that’s so far from the truth. He’s more of a Jameis Winston, stealing crab legs, jumping and yelling on school tables problem. It’s a maturity level. Once Winston got in the league, the business and around grown men, he knew it, went to work and grew up real fast. I’d expect the same from Mayfield. He wants to lead and he knows to lead grown men he will have to match and surpass their maturity level. And I expect him to do so. As far as skills do I expect him to succeed? Who knows. Is he my first choice? No. But I do know it’s not character and attitude that’s his problem. -
Folks don’t understand, if the Bills keep Tyrod... season tickets go down and the min he loses fans will go crazy!!! Why font fans understand he’s a .500 QB, lacks the mental side of the game and just can’t grasp how important anticipation is as a QB?! Hes not coming back, nor will he ever be a #1 QB outside of Buffalo ever again.

Like someone else pointed out Chudzinski was the OC in Miami when Dorsey was there. I’m sorry!!!! But there has to be a better QB coach than David Culley, who prior to this year was a QB coach- in 1982 At Middle Tennessee St and again from 1985-1988 at NW Louisiana.... I trust someone like Dorsey who has played at the highest level of College football and in the NFL plus been a Respected QB Coach in the league for 5 years now over Culley. Let him coach our new QB vs Culley, I mean “Come on Man!!!”

As I’ve said before want and realistic are different. There are 4 realistic Candidates 1. Mike McCoy - McDs 1st choice last year. System doesn’t change much. 2. Mike Shula - Worked together in Carolina 3. Ken Dorsey - Carolina ties, could bring young perspective and new style philosophies. 4. Rob Chudinski - Worked in Philadelphia together That’s it. I like the Idea of Dorsey... but I think it will be McCoy, Beane May like Shula who knows.

Richie is going nowhere. Next year may be his final year sure. But he’ll get to finish out here. They’ll draft his replacement this year. -
Is Bevell tied to McD or Beane? I like the thought of first timer, new philosophies etc. But it’s a huge risk unless you know that person is 100% ready

Bills won’t have a chance at Payne. He comes off the board early, pick 10 give or take. Bryan comes off around 15 give or take. Vita, Wilkins will be next 18-25 range and Hurst shortly after. If the Bills we’re picking 12th, the question could be Payne or Bryan. Fans may disagree with Taven, but after the combine, and seeing this 6’5 300+ kid workout, he’ll move way up teams boards.
-
The only DTs I see with NFL potential are.... Da’Ron Payne - All around stud little weakness, not as quick as Bryan, but does it all. Taven Bryan - Pass rush, Quick off the Ball, penetrates, strong hands, arm length a plus. Both can split double teams. Not overly impressed by Vita Vea, Hurst or Wilkins. Vita is mainly a hold your ground take on double teams, limited pass rush, sometimes in games is never seen. Hurst is undersized, decent get off, limited pass rush and struggles for the most part with double teams. Wilkins I feel is a more compact Alophus Washington. Little more stout but just doesn’t pop off.
