It’s a DDoS attack from a group called Dark Storm

I think the reporting on Bills/Sweat is accurate. Makes a ton of sense to be in on him. Garrett is 40M per year for one guy. Hendrickson will want in the 30’s. We should be completely fine paying, say, 45M for two guys in Rousseau/Sweat and keep all our draft picks.
-
Josh Sweat Charvarius Ward Jevon Holland To me, those are 3 guys who would be game changers for us on Defense. Money for Holland seems too rich for us and Ward will likely get paid paid.. which I’d be fine with, but obviously Benford dependent for how the FO views him long term.
-
Sweat looks like the home run at his point. Not a gamewrecker but gives us another Rousseau essentially, opposite Rousseau, with Oliver and allows us to keep draft capital to load up at DT. I said before… that DL starts looking like what the Eagles had last year.

What a terrible year to have a ton of money to spend… Some of these deals, yeesh

Roethlisberger is on McAfee and wondered out loud if Pickens is long term or not with the DK trade. I'd call them..
-
Steelers look to be in win-now mode. If Pickens isn't long term (Roethslisberger speculating he may or may not be on McAfee).. I'd offer a deal based around Cook for Pickens. Cook and Warren would be a legit backfield that works well together.

KC recently played in one of the coldest games we've ever seen. Green Bay plays in frozen games all the time. Sure, Buffalo can get colder that the others, but if you're adverse to the cold.. over half of the league is in cold weather with a lot of them playing outside.

New stadium addresses the wind. I'm sure it plays a part, but same goes for Jets, Giants, Patriots, Ravens, Chiefs, Steelers, Eagles, Packers etc..

I'm honestly at the point where I'd overpay for Josh Sweat to keep our draft ammo in tact. Sweat opposite Rousseau with a premium pick DT next to Oliver starts to resemble what the Eagles threw at KC.

Chiefs signing Jaylon Moore? Tackle from Niners. 2 years / 30M, 21M guaranteed.

Jaycee Horn just got 4 years / 100M

Another one - Trey Hendrickson asks for a trade from Cincy

I read he turned down a 2 year extension worth 32M per year. If accurate, is he looking for a 3 years extension at 100M because I don't know how comfortable I'd be giving that contract out on top of his one year left at 30 years old. Takes him through age 34. Unlike the Browns and Raiders, yea.... I don't know that the Bengals are suddenly going to cave. Bengals folks still say this is basically a "Come back to us with a deal we can't refuse or you're playing out your contract". -
Josh Allen gets record contract extension $330 million

Dallas fans are apoplectic that Dak is making more than him on his new contract. -
DK Metcalf traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers
SCBills replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed. That doesn’t mean trading for DK was the move, but game changing moves (at least public ones) are all but gone. Kansas City hit on Rice and probably hit on Worthy. We’ll see how Rice comes back from injury and how Worthy is in year two but they’ve had prime Kelce for a long time up until recently… and recently their offense has been bad (except against us in the postseason) They also have their Chris Jones. Allen has had Diggs, who was a shell of himself last year here and never came up clutch in the playoffs. We know we need elite level dudes outside JA and maybe our O-Tackles, every year, yet it never happens. Not via FA, trade or the Draft. Let’s see what happens tomorrow and moving forward, but I’m thinking it’s more of the same… just with more money to spend than we’re used to. -
It’s because he’s a RB, who struggles in pass pro. Meaning we need to also pay for a reliable 3rd down back. If we don’t pay Cook, we can pay extra somewhere like corner… Chavarius Ward or safety.. Jevon Holland. To me, that makes way more sense than paying Cook. And heaven forbid we finally get JA top half of the league WR room.
