    It used to be commonly accepted that a high ankle sprain was at the very least a month long recovery, especially for a WR. Nowadays it seems like these guys are back out there in a matter of hours.

    It’s nice to know that both the Steelers and the Bengals are on the road against contenders. That seems to be the most likely path.

    What I find interesting if all these Monday morning critics now say that a guy doesn’t have the arm or isn’t an NFL QB then why has he been hanging around the roster all this time? Do they watch him in practice? I watched Tommy in college and could’ve told you he wasn’t up to this level of play. But….nobody asked me. 😂

    You don’t notice the oculus shadows when you’re there. Minnesota was actually worse in that regard because of the many trusses that support the roof but with that said the Vikings stadium is still awesome.

    I’m not sure it matters. I’m guessing the vast majority of the national audience would want to see Miami v Buffalo regardless of the implications.

    After the entire nation was forced to pay $5.99 to watch the Bills v Chargers the other night there’s no telling how high the cap will go! 😂

    I was thinking the same thing. Pretty much the opposite of last week when with the exception of the Bills beating Dallas just about everything else went wrong on the final play of so many of the other games. Thus is the life of an NFL fan.

    Where does it rank? To be honest after SIXTY years they’ve all started to blend together. However, there is still a way this one can stand out from the rest…..but I’m not going to dare to type it! 😉

    ABSOLUTELY….I was there last night and was definitely scanning the entire downfield coverage of the Bills once the laterals started. To my delight, the deep safeties Bills did NOT over pursue.

    Beat me to it. I was praying that our team bus driver had an updated GPS because every time we play them ‘there’ it’s generally someplace else. 😳

    He’s not in a slump. I’m certain he’s playing hurt. Unfortunately the Bills put themselves in a position that both he and his coaches feel he has to be on the field instead of resting him for the playoffs.

    I think some are taking my criticism as a test of his effort or character. It’s not. But watching him immediately AFTER the interception he looked more like Von Miller than a guy who can go full speed. He too looks like he’s playing on slippery ice.

    Let me put it another way. Diggs had five catches for a 29 yards yesterday. His longest was 11 yards. That means on the rest of his four catches he averaged 12 FEET per route. He’s clearly not all there. The thread asks if Diggs is done. If he’s not, he’s awfully close. Not sure why fans fear these observations. It’s NOT an attack on the guy’s character!

    He isn’t running full speed on any play right now. His effort anfter he knew it was underthrown was minimal at best. I’m guessing it’s because he can’t cut on that ankle/knee. Our #1 receiver is clearly hurt. His longest catch yesterday was for ELEVEN yards.

    Did you see his lack of effort on the interception in front of him? My issue isn’t actually with Diggs. It’s with our ridiculous coaching staff who keep putting him out there.

    Watching him live, it’s clear that he simply doesn’t trust his knee right now. He’s playing like he’s on a frozen pond in the backyard. Every step is taken with an abundance of caution. No idea what the stupid coaching staff is thinking putting him out there. He’s nothing more than a paperweight.

    Yes, seriously. You can see it clearly on contested plays. He’s simply not competing. Is that on him, or on the coaches for putting him out there?

    Great thread and observation. I had zero hope Dicker was going to miss that long field goal against us last night. And sitting in the stadium, at that corner of the field, I can tell you it would’ve been good from well over 60 yards! Maybe our opponents are saving all of their shanks for the playoffs.

    While I still believe he needs to suck it up, sitting in the stadium last night it’s clear that he isn’t right. You can see it when he ‘runs’ off the field, taking himself out of the game. He appears to have a significant hitch in his get-along. It’s got to be an ankle or a knee.
