  1. He looked good until his scheme was figured out. He did have a good coaching game against Buffalo but Buffalo didn't press like all the other teams did. He also lost that game. He was also severely outcoached in the first game against Buffalo but luckily got a win.
  2. Ravens didn't lose to the Bengals though.....
  3. Only way the game could be a tie imo. Which I don't support. I'm firmly in the play the game on Jan 15th
  4. After the Ravens and Patriots games
  5. There is no way the Bills-Bengals game doesn't mean anything Bills win, Bengals lose - Bills playing for 1 seed, Bengals playing for division and 3 seed Bills win, Bengals win - Bills playing for 1 seed, Bengals playing for 2 seed and knocking Bills to 3 seed Bills lose, Bengals win - Both teams playing for 2 and 3 seed Bills lose, Bengals lose - Both teams playing for 2 seed, Bengals playing for division and 3 seed. I think it's more likely the Bills and Bengals will play next week
  6. So I've been thinking non-stop about this: Call this a tie and modify the playoffs: Any games between Bills/Chiefs/Bengals would have to be on a neutral site. Chiefs get a bye and home field for round two. If/When the Bills play the Bengals in round 2 it will be on a neutral field. If the Chiefs advance and one of the Bills/Bengals advance it too will have to be on a neutral site.
  7. It's not though because the Bengals wouldn't get a bye despite having the game at home and up 7-3 to jump to the 2 seed. You go that route you need to do 9 teams and they should be locked in now. Pats, Dolphins, Steelers. Round 1: Steelers at Jags Dolphins at Chargers Pats at Ravens
  8. IF Hamlin is alive? Absolutely. That probably came off as cold. I am hoping he makes a full recovery quickly
  9. Well this game will 100% resume with the Bengals winning 7-3 with 6 minutes left. Why should the Bengals give up their home field advantage?
  10. Also; and this may actually be the best option: Play all the games this weekend. Push the Bills/Bengals to week 19 (push the playoffs back one week) as a stand alone game. The Bills/Bengals game will be two weeks removed from Hamlin who will have hopefully recovered by then. Bills/Bengals is a game that by itself has huge implications on standings
  11. Can't. Screws the Bills and Bengals at the same time
  12. A. Not Miami B. How about Vegas? Gamblers? Fantasy Football Championships? This is millions, perhaps a billion, between those things. This game is going to get scheduled to play.
  13. It's against the CBA... you can't create a competitive advantage. Also; you have to realize how much money is lost in terminating the game. Tickets, Gambling, Fantasy Football.... the NFL would get sued.... the NFL isn't going to allow that and they'll hide behind the CBA
  14. Absolutely cannot happen. It is a competitive advantage for the Chiefs. The game will 100% be scheduled to play. Too many implications with Fantasy Football/ Gambling/ Seedings/ Tickets for it not to be played (not to mention the agreement)
  15. Maybe the NFL pushes everything back a week? The NFL wanted them to resume play last night... you really don't think they'd do a Wednesday night? Then push the Bengals and Bills game back to Monday. Outside of pushing the entire NFL back one week and allowing the Bills/Bengals to be a standalone game for the week this is their best option
  16. Also, you can't just add another team into the playoffs and give the Bills a bye. Completely unfair to the Bengals. They could have jumped into the 2 seed
  17. I do not envy the NFL in this situation. You have a player that is currently fighting for his life and the teams postponed the game. It's a huge game in terms of seedings for the playoffs and you still have to factor in gambling/fantasy football *not the most important thing but this is a huge week in terms of pay outs I assume they'll play the game tomorrow night and push the Pats game to Monday night.
  18. On paper the Bengals are a good matchup for the Bills. They don't run effectively. The Bills also pressure the QB a lot. On the flip side the Bengals have struggled with dual threat QBs
  19. I don't know what's more fun. Watching the Pats trying to stop Allen or watching Max Jones try and move it against the Bills defense.
  20. If the Bills beat the Bengals they will have beaten every realistic AFC playoff team except the Chargers and Jags..
  21. Honestly why not 4?
  22. I mean the Burrows/Allen conversation is valid. Mahomes - Burrow - Allen are the top 3 QBs in the league and everyone has an opinion who is better. I will say that not enough is said about the Bills defense in this one. It will be the best the Bengals have played all year. It is also designed to combat exactly what the Bengals are good at. If the Bengals can't run the ball they may be in trouble
  23. Simms also said that it isn't Tre's fault and that he is coming back from an injury. That said: he's still really good imo.
  24. Watson baffles me. He is in a pretty good situation in Cleveland imo. Russell we will have to see what the next HC/OC does.... he certainly looks cooked... especially seeing Geno play pretty well.
  25. I think the defenses step up in this but the Bills win 20-17
