Maybe, but if we are relying on a 3rd round rookie to turn around an OL, that isn't exactly inspiring.

It's not just one game. We all saw the weaknesses of the OL before this last game. The loss to Jacksonville simply magnified the weakness of the OL, which, in turn, will derail any season if you can't block anyone. Like I said, can the OL turn it around? Sure, but I ain't betting on it.

Imagine all it took was the Bills OL being bad to go from SB favorite to an underdog in their own division. Talk about the air going out of the balloon. When your OL can't block anybody, you can't do a thing on offense. And to top it all off, the D has gone back to its 2019 form. Just imagine, you give up 9 points and 200 yards of total offense to a 1-6 team..... AND STILL LOSE. That takes a special kinda inept offense to do that. Can this OL turn it around? Sure, but is their any Bills fan alive that actually believes it is going to happen.

Scott Stevens would be proud of that hip check Corrente pulled.

Whatever your thoughts are…….. it’s just one loss and they’ll rebound, or………. full blown panic mode…….. one thing we can ALL agree on……… the OL is on the brink of destroying the season. You can mask any other positional weaknesses (except QB), but a bad OL is something you CANNOT overcome and almost certainly destroy a season.

Jets pass rush is decent and against this OL, they will look like the 85 Bears. Do we really believe the Bills are covering the 13 point spread?

Yeah, this overpowering OL is really going to be something in the playoffs.

Problem is that there are too many rules to enforce. It is almost impossible to play defense in today's day and age. Just imagine if Ronnie Lott played in today's NFL, he would have been thrown out of the league by now. Just think about that, one of the greatest DB's of all time would be rendered almost obsolete in today's NFL because incompetent officials simply have TOO MANY rules to enforce.
