Nice my 10-7 prediction is now looking like a stretch. Fire the coaching staff, seriously. Take a step back, think about it. Would you want to ruin the rest of Josh Allen's career with a defensive minded coach who has been outcoached every single year in the playoffs? I credit McDermott and Beane for turning the franchise around, im very thankful for that. However, we have Josh Allen, there is no excuse to not being able to achieve a SB appearance with JA and SD on your team, no matter how bad the coaching may be

I voted yes, not because of not making to the AFCCG, I just believe McDermott is not a good enough coach to win the SB. He gets outcoached every year in the playoffs. He did a great job turning the team around, but I feel we hit the ceiling a couple years ago. I don't want to see Josh Allens career being wasted by a defensive minded head coach who refuses to upgrade the WR room to give Josh what he needs. I don't feel like we could be much worse with this roster, Josh Allen and a new offensive minded head coach

The 2 biggest contracts done by Beane that I hated the day they was done. Knox never done anything to deserve the contract, and the Von contract was way too massive for another old player, which is higher risk as we have witnessed. Imagine what we could have at WR with those 2 contracts?

I think the responses on this thread showing why he is a 3 instead of a 2 pretty strong. He is far from reliable, really don't do anything good outside of the go route, slow to get off the ball, certainly not a chain mover. We have struggled at wr since not having a true 2 the last 2 years. It doesn't help the guys after Gabe are just that, just low end starters

I think he would be a great back up to Allen. I would feel much better with Taylor coming on for a few games than Kyle Allen

If I was the Pegulas in this situation, the whole coaching staff would be fired before Josh Allen even leaves the room

It's a wash imo. Kind of figured it would be that way. We really need to try to upgrade WR, year 2 of not doing so
