Allen has what you want in a franchise QB (aside from ridiculous talent): a short memory. That 1st half would have wrecked the confidence of so many QB's. But Allen keeps slinging.

Dane may be the best tackler on the team. He had a few important ones last night, including the 3rd down where Berrios caught it just a few short inches from the marker and he kept him from getting the 1st.

THIS is where getting to 6-6 and having to fight & claw every single game to get to this point will pay some dividends. This team has gotten used to the season being on the brink for over a month now. They have learned all of the ins & outs of high-pressure situations, and how to handle them. I have a hunch this might be the secret sauce that's been missing from our previous playoff appearances. I think we're poised for a big run.

I'd encourage anyone to go to the 1st half game thread, and look at the posts from around the 30's to the end of the thread. It wasn't measured, "warranted" criticism. It was ridicule. Fans here made him sound like a clown.

The comments in the 1st half were unbelievably ridiculous. Allen was getting mocked. Fans here were saying they didn't want him as Bills QB anymore. They have to own that.

And Josh Allen says to everyone who doubted him and even mocked him earlier...are you not entertained?

This isn't the fanbase I thought it was. The mocking of Allen is.....stupefying. He has had some bad throws. We would not be in the game, and wouldn't still have a great chance to win, without him. It's actually kind of sickening.

Yeah, we could have done that w/ Losman, Edwards, Orton, Taylor, et al. I'm so thoroughly disgusted by the comments about Allen on this thread. Many here do not deserve how good this guy is.

Watching these games - there is so much bad coaching in the league. I started a thread saying that I wanted to move on from McD - it was either after Philly or Denver. But I was wrong. He's a very solid coach, and that's good to have in this league.

We should raise funds to send Nick a banner that is just a pic of him w/ a clown nose.

Tyrod Taylor might be one of my favorite NFL players. He's had some bad breaks, but never seems to complain, and when he gets his chances, he's all in. Just shows up & plays hard.

I swear - whenever anyone says "book it," or "mark my words" - go w/ the opposite.....

Man, I thought it was over after Philly. Just too many bad breaks against us. This team FOUGHT. Yeah, we had a few close ones, and some of those were against bad teams - but we got the wins, with all the pressure on. Feels good. I feel very optimistic about tonight, and about the playoffs. Feels like we can make a big run.

That whole Lawrence QB draft was so overhyped, and overrated. He's a very middlin' QB, and he's the best of that bunch.

I actually can't believe the Pats couldn't beat the Jets at home. That's a bad roster, and a bad team. They get a better pick now, but there are so many holes on that team. Here's hoping they pick the wrong QB and waste another 4-5 years.

Breaks have evened out. The 1st INT was pretty lucky for the Titans.

When I think about how this season has gone - starting w/ that punt return the Jets had against us, and Mac Jones' game winning drive, and 12 men on the field, and Philly hitting a 60-yarder in the rain, and ALL of the crazy ups & downs - the fact that we can lock up the 2 seed tonight is wild. What a great opportunity, and a chance to start all brand shiny new in a week as one of the SB favorites.

Stroud is really good. The AFC is so stacked w/ QB's compared to the NFC.

I'm more confident in the tie now than I was 2 hours ago.
