  1. What were the Chiefs expectations when they traded Hill and made other cap moves? The Bills expectations should be the same. NFL football success starts with QB and coaching the Bills have that even though many disagree on the coaching part, it has been proven. Strategy and game planning play a huge role. This HC won 9 games with Tyrod Taylor and nothing at WR....literally nothing. Players 40-53 are important but you can overcome a lack of pure talent in that area of your roster with good coaching/game planning and putting those players in positions to use their strengths. IMO the Bills have focused too much on having the deepest roster in the league in years past and that has resulted in not being about to keep your draft picks or even pluck a guy from someone else's practice squad. Most every player in NFL locker rooms are tremendous athletes and some of the best to ever come out of their high schools. Coaching and scheming puts these guys in the best position to help the team win. Pairing that with a top 5 QB and good leadership will always put you in a position to win. On WR's, there is an irrational obsession with that position among NFL fans and it gets worse every year. It is seemingly the only position that matters to half the "fans". Even the radio guys can only talk about WR's. Yet the SB champs the last two years have had what? The Lions and Ravens have also been weak at the position. Don't get me wrong, it is one of the most important positions but so are both lines, yet all people care to talk about is more WR's.
  2. They continue to sign wrs of about the same caliber as the off ball lbs. the difference is obsession with wrs.
  3. Probably the cheapest way possible by law....like everyone else
  4. This guy was kick a$$ a few years ago
  5. Shakir, Coleman, Hollins, Samuel will make the team. That leaves 1-2 spots on the 53 for Shorter, Isabella, Hamler, Shavers or insert FA/trade target.
  6. Beane said "in transition" equal Bills will be 10-7, LMAO...I mean its possible but come on. Waiving Knox after this year results in a bigger dead cap than if they just keep him.
  7. If they script it they can just do whatever….
  8. You can never have enough JAG's
  9. Yes. They did not take as much as they could have cap wise this year. It’s time to start paying the bill
  10. The Bills are short at CB especially if Elam is a bust....they lost Dane and Tre this offseason and drafted a little guy who would play slot. I am not giving big money to an other FA at this point but they can fill in here and there.
  11. Not that anyone needs to feel sorry for him but with his career to only have $89M compared to some of these receivers with less or the same stats but dont block...seems like high end TE value is quite low. That should benefit the Bills if Kincaid grows into what we want him to be.
  12. Can you show your work on the division?
  13. I agree with your concept here except that you have access to a large chunk of data online from people who are educated so you can kind find consensus among "experts" which is what most do who complain. My only point is you have access to more than just a tiny fraction but you don't have conversations, background, medical, ex coach conversations etc. You do have all tape, measurables' etc. When Beane chooses someone other than I expect, for instance Coleman when many thought he was much further down, my reaction is to ask myself what information did Beane and his staff have to make that choice over the others instead of "OMG how dumb". People think very highly of their internet research.
  14. That would be amazing.
  15. He is slow and that is probably his worst trait. But there are many traits that go into a wr’s production ability. It is also true you cannot really coach speed, you have it or you don’t. However there is no correlation of elite speed and wr production. You need a combination of traits. I get this is not the guy most wanted but I trust the bills staff chose him for other reasons they think give him the best chance to help the bills. They have a lot of information that is not on the internet. I will wait and see.
  16. Some people see the glass half full. Others half empty. Then there is this guy who sees no glass at all in a dry desert and no sky or hope for any water ever. Nothing but vast nothingness for miles.
  17. Interestingly enough I think Robb Riddick had that problem too
  18. Trying to practice saying his name and it’s not going well You have to know if the bills preferred legette.
  19. So you have to draft the pathway players? I thought that was an extra UFA
  20. He can play alligator in the locker room really well. Hope he can reach the ball
  21. Well at least we have a guy who can build an igloo when and if that is ever needed.
