  1. I was talking about the bills. They had a deal in place to get brown in the off season but brown refused to come here
  2. As much as the team seems to be going the right direction. I really don’t get why they thought trading for this clown was a good idea.
  3. I think it would be cool if the Bills went 2-0 to start and then the Jets and Giants both go 1-7 at home and the Bills can claim they won the most games in NJ this year.
  4. Lots of one year contracts which is what these guys like, I think that continues. But there will be holes, no need to spend just to spend in FA, that has been proven to not be a good strategy. Spend judiciously, extend where appropriate and draft well......and oh yeah give Josh Allen all the help (not necesarily other players) he needs to succeed.
  5. Nsekhe may still be banged up. Possibly if fully healthy it would have been Ford and Nsekhe. With injuries, say to Dawkins, they could move guys around Nsekhe moving to LT, Ford to RT, maybe they dont want to plan to have one guy go down so three changes are needed, who knows. I would not assume anything is set in stone right now though.
  6. It's the same answer but the better question is what if Allen gets hurt because with his style that is a real possibility. They need a third guy. Not sure if it will be this guy they picked up from the Jets but they obviously think Jackson was not that guy.
  7. The NFL will have 4 or 5 less INT's this year.....you know the ones he would have had in his 1.5 quarters before getting benched for the punter.
  8. That guy didnt try to help him, he just watched him fall and kept going. I do remember this....vaguely. I think he was nervous.
  9. But he would not be able to be picked up on waivers.
  10. And they traded one,Teller who would have been claimed.
  11. I dont see it this way, at least not this year. Gore will start, Yeldon will get some as the third guy, Singletary will get lots of touches but no where near 70%. He likely will need to develop blocking skills.
  12. Not anymore....
  13. My only surprise is that it took this long. They kept him for trade purposes only and were ready to move on when they signed Gore, Yeldon and drafted Singletary, writing was on the wall.
  14. Based on his contract? Probably a 7th
  15. Seems like he had a decent camp but seems unlikely to make the cut. Still could be PS material.
  16. Just copying the cheeseheads....They are somewhat interesting but Bills fans should stick to lighting themselves on fire, jumping through tables and humping in the parking lot......that is our bread and butter.
  17. Easley is measly compared to Beasley...fosheshly
  18. Football players have always prayed before games........so irritating people just make assumptions.
  19. Hughes just signed an extension but they still need a dominant pass rusher for sure.
  20. They pick up a 5th and 6th, lose a 7th.....I like it. Lots of depth on the interior so they would have waived somone who got pickeed up with no draft capital....
  21. dumb question is more like it
  22. Realistically does anyone really have a shot of making the team tonight? I am sure some who play will be on the roster but those decisions have mostly been made at this point. Most of the guys playing are going to be let go. This game is not really worth watching.
  23. Whatever, start winning and ESPN will change their ways. The Pats D is very good and when you consider that they score a lot of points, teams try and catch up, their low scoring against is impressive. The Bills D was ""ranked" 2nd in yards against which is the official measure of defense. But they were 18th in scoring. Most agree this is flawed for various reasons. Teams that don't score much tend to give up less yards because the opposition does not have to press. The Pats were 7th in scoring defense and 21st in yards....a very good bend but don't break defense. Both are very good, its not obvious to me which is better so I get the complaint but at the end of the day, winning is what gets respect by ESPN types, the Pats win and the Bills dont and its been that way for a long time.
  24. They are very different types of players. They are both WR's but after that they bring different skill sets to the table.
