You are ignoring the positives that can come of this. Josh did not intend to throw a INT there but that was just one possible outcome. You throw it up and give your guy a chance to catch it or you could get a PI or it could be intercepted (which is good but not as good as the first two options) or it could be incomplete. It seems today most defenders are more interested in having an INT on the books even if it was not the correct play. I have seen plenty of instances of dbs knocking it down in that situation but not recently.

NE is a good opportunity in terms of picks and cap....there is a lot of cap available for them to build a team and a high pick for a QB. Maybe somewhere that has a QB could be thought of as better. I do agree on the shadow thing but I think Vrabel is one who maybe can handle that. This makes 6 coaches fired in the division since McDermott took over.

If the wind and snow hold up to be true I wonder what affect that might have on the gameday roster. I would consider have 4 RB's maybe so even if Ty Johnson clears protocol you might still want Murray and Fournette. Maybe you go with 4 WR's without Gabe or sit Morris and use Edwards as the 3rd TE for blocking. On defense do you need to add at LB? Certainly if Dodson is not available that is a loss. Actually after looking at the roster and practice squad there is no one else to add. All you really have is Bernard, Spector and WIlliams before it's Matekevich. Steelers are second lowest in turnovers in the NFL, the Bills are closer to the bottom, I agree that will be key this game.

If this staff did not learn from the Cinci game then there is no hope. The good news is I am very confident they did learn from that and the Bills will have a better plan and possibly footwear. However, the weather has a neutralizing affect and plays into the style the Steelers want to play which sucks.

I understand why McDermott was mad, however, I like the throw, I think 8 out of 10 times he scores. Baker made a good play, I know people want a penalty but that was a great old school football play to keep the guy out of the endzone. If Josh took a sack or threw to a guy at the 5 yard line I would have a bigger issue with it. There was enough there to take the chance IMO. THis play was really interesting on hard knocks, one of the DB's said on mic...."if he throws it to a slant Im gonna let him catch it". So the Dolphins were ready for this and it worked out good for them.

If josh just had thrown the ball away on the first drive and James Cook catches the ball at the end of the half he would have had another against the stank fish. Guess we have to settle for the AFC East
