Dawson Knox: 3 receptions in 5 games. $8.5M salary.
Walking Tall replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
The drafting of Dalton Kincaid turned out to be an absolute disaster of an idea. Knox could also put up 15 catches in 5 games. -

Not challenging Dalton sideline catch or Cook TD
Walking Tall replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
It wasn’t a risk. A risk is when something could possibly turn out to be in your favor. There was absolutely no evidence to overturn that call. None. If McDermott challenged that he’d be called dumb for doing so by many and you know that’s true. The Bills hired a guy to sit in the booth to review these things and let McDermott know. I’m pretty darn sure he let McDermott know the call would not be overturned. -

I don’t care what side of the aisle you come down on. Foreign aid needs to end immediately. Ukraine, Israel…wherever. The USA is always helping out world-wide. Does anyone help us in our time of need?

I always thought Knox was a decent player. -
Then he shouldn’t be on the roster and is another indictment of McDermott and Beane.

Our line of scrimmage passing game has been figured out. Scrap it as a staple.
-
Was he? Where is that being reported? And burning a timeout for one play with four minutes to go is not the right call, regardless. Trubisky should be able to run a play.

I have no idea who Joe Marino is.

Today was just a bad day for 17. He couldn’t have hit a pond standing on a dock.

Do we trust McBeane in next years draft.
Walking Tall replied to Buffalo Boy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nope. Allen is a gem. When you have a chip like Josh Allen and only make it to one conference championship game in 7 years….I think there has to be an expiration date. -
After watching Allen and the Bills offense get beat up by two average defenses, I have serious doubts Allen is going to make it tbrough the season.

I was hoping the 1st down was going to be some sort of safe pass that they feel confident a veteran QB like Trubisky is comfortable making. I mean, there HAS TO be something Trubisky is comfortable with when throwing the ball, right? Houston was keying the run for obvious reasons. If the Bills don’t trust him to run something safe in a situation like that, why the hell is he even on the roster? We score a TD after getting the ball at the 15 we most likely win that game. Maybe this is small beans in the scheme of things but a safe pass for a completion would have probably caught Houston on their heels,

How did you feel when Josh set up in the shotgun?
Walking Tall replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, I think you can pass it. Passing should be on the table with a QB like Allen. But not having designed plays to Cook, Kincaid or Knox for short gains and YAC in those situations is down right criminal. I’ll argue those three are the best targets we had dressed today. Instead? Low-percentage passes were the name of the game.- 91 replies

Beane & the coaches are not on the same page! 😡
Walking Tall replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m starting to wonder if I really want this group trying to fix the wide receiver room going forward. I’m leaning no. Allen is close to, if not already, on the second half of his career. You should only get so long to win a championship when you have a chip like Allen. -
I’m not saying fire him right now but I am saying that he shouldn’t get a 3rd shot at hiring an offensive coordinator since Daboll left. Not when you have Josh Allen as your QB.

Walking Tall replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
Knox isn’t hurt. If he was Morris, who is also a pretty decent TE, would be playing. Brady is clueless and the OP is correct. Beane and this coaching staff are not on the same page. -

Don’t mention the 14 million dollar a year tight end that seemed to be pretty decent once upon a time,
