The term must win is over used. The superbowl is a must win. A game to clinch a playoff birth is a must win. The 3rd game of the year isn't a must win, but it's definitely a "should" win.

Is this based only winning 1 playoff game? I'm in it for the long run. If its between beating the Pat's twice in regular season and crapping the bed in the playoffs I'm all for beating the Pats. If it's about losing to the Pats and having the chance to go all the way, I'm happy to lose to the Pats

Owens was a headcase as well, but I don't remember him having the off the field issue like Brown. With that being said, social media has come a long way since then. You can barely rake a piss in public before half the world knows these days.

Its really a sad state of affairs. He's a great WR, and early on he wasn't a distraction. Somewhere along the line something happened. Either ego or legitimate mental issues . The problem is, when you get to his level everyone is a yes man. Nobody reigned him in and gave him a reality check or got him the help he needs. ........Also, playing devils advocate, its very hard to help someone who doesn't want help, especially in his stature.

These people get it. The perception and dedication to respect is huge in that culture. Very disciplined and I respect them very much. Growing up I remember hearing and equating Japanese products with crap. Now dealing with them fairly regularly, they make some of the highest quality stuff you can get. In my experience it's as good if not better than the things we get from the Germans and swiss.

Quite frankly I was hoping for AB to kill the team from the inside out. They were good without him. I dont expect this to change things much. The dude needs som psychological evaluation before thinking about football.

I'd be fine if they were somewhere between bad and good. The hype machine went overboard with them. The O-line may be the Achilles heel despite all the buzz about the skill positions.
