I had Jersey Mike's for thr first time close to 20 years ago when I traveled to NC. They put one close to me about 2 years ago, and I remember it being much better the first time around. I love a good sub or hoagie (? @Joe in Winslow), and right now Primos is at the top of my list.
We talk different round here. Say things like supper instead of dinner, and "outen the lights" instead of turn the lights out. And crick instead of creek. Mow the grass instead of cut the lawn.
Oh, what a nightLate December, back in '63What a very special time for meAs I remember, what a nightOh, what a nightYou know, I didn't even know her nameBut I was never gonna be the sameWhat a lady, what a night
It's been so lo g some of the names are lost on me. I remember someone by the name of ItsKindofLikeThat, Sabinus, Byrdman (mainly because he claimed to have went to jail for assaulting hi ex's boyfriend for putting him in a Pats jersey) and Steven White who was a trip......WYO was cool and a good mod. I think she eventually gave up mod status though.
They gave us hand sanitizer at work and it's some type of citrus scent which is ironic because it smells exactly like a Corona with lime that's been sitting in the sun for a spell.
Essentially what I was told. Which is pretty subjective. I could go on, but there's no point. I'll refer back to my original statement that overall this is better than BBMB.
Yeah....there was a Code of conduct which explained which infractions resulted in points and displayed how many points resulted in warnings, bans, etc. I'm not sure on this but it may have also showed your tally and how close you were to the next level of punishment. It's been a while so all the details might not be right. @T&C was a mod there and put me in detention quite a few times, so hes probably more familiar with how it worked.....I've received a few there and I received a few here, but at least there I knew the guidelines......also I think the mods here do a fine job. Most my points I agreed with except for ☝️.
This place is much better than BBMB ever was. More free flowing conversation and a place for religious and political discussion. The only thing the BBMB had over this board was a structured point system which explained things.....when I asked about the point system here, I got something along the lines of "Dont be an asshat", which is pretty subjective.
