    The NY Post is more or less just a rag imo. I don’t take it seriously at all. That being said that wouldn’t necessarily surprise me about Mike, he’s always been a douche. Sucks for Carlin but never really liked listening to him

    Cool. Your dad kinda reminds me of mine minus the wartime stuff. He never used the L word and the only time I got a hug from him was whenever he was gonna undergo surgery. In reality his father was probably that way if not sterner to him. Yeah some people have ways of showing love even if it’s not totally clear

    Good post as usual by the OP. With that being said I’d imagine most Bills fans would be defending it if the Bills acted like the Patriots did and won multiple Super Bowls

    Some Giants fans are cool but a fair amount border on Patriots fans in terms of obnoxiousness in my experiences.

    Entirely possible as the Patriots are really the only hard opponent where we'll be underdogs. Even so at 4-0 it's a long way from clinching a playoff berth. I mean 2008 for example?

    For the most part I do. Still live with them. There’s certain things I disagree with them but imagine that’s normal to an extent. When my Dad had some health scares earlier this year obviously I was there for him. But I know sometimes it can be a complicated thing

    I thought he caught it at first so didn’t understand what was going on there. Yeah probably should of tagged the runner. Perhaps caught up in the emotion of the moment. I mean to me no harm no foul ultimately though.

    Great night Mets fans! Still showing fight. I admit I was skimming through the Yankees game as well. The Tigers were down 6-0 yet won 12-11. Loved that as well! It seemingly doesn't matter how bad the Tigers might be each year, they always play the Yankees tough. Or at least when I take notice!

    Aah he didn’t play well in the 1st half. HOWEVER ultimately Allen still kept good body language throughout and kept his composure for the winning strike

    Fair enough but imo the Jets aren't that good. It's a team we shouldn't have to come back from 16 points late.

    They did pull through at the end but played poorly overall the 1st 3 quarters. If the Jets had a better FG kicker we might be talking about a different result you know. Onward and upward.

    We got lucky today (the Bills). Thought of you yesterday. Tough game last night. As negative as I am with the Mets though, I'm still reluctant to throw in the towel

    Yeah, nothing's a given in the NFL but should be a winnable game. I sort of wonder if this is the first time ever (the Bills) a team won a game on someone else's home field before they even played on it

    I don't think Mike's a Jets fan like Joe is though. Plus knowing him he probably won't give the Bills any credit
