It's time to move on. this should help bring closure for all of Buffalo. We got to improve this offseason and get ready to roll behind Allen next year and we are going to have a shot at all once again because we got our franchise guy.

Football is a game of inches and a game of luck, as they say "any given sunday". It's hard to win 4x or 5x games in a row, it requires a bit of things to go your way and sometimes they do and sometimes they dont. Things are going Cinci's way so far, but they still have one more to win. Last week, things went KC's way. None of this means the bills are worse than these teams (or better) it's just that the bills are COMPETING with these teams and CAN compete with them. So the bills are in the 'window' and it's frustrating we lost but look at KC they just lost too and they've been there and done it before. Bills are no different then KC they can win or lose any given sunday but with Allen and Mahommes they always have a shot. Burrow was average today, his team played well. This is a team game after all. Allen and mahommes can be great but if the rest of the team doesn't come up and make plays it's gonna be an L most of the time.

It is absolutely undeniable that Horrible Harry went from a trash boat bust to a legit threat on the dline this season. Some guys take 3 years to develop i guess, especially with injury. However, I think this proves again just how good McD is at coaching up the players and the defense especially

If if if... daboll been elsewhere before with mediocre results. Im sure in some ways Daboll has helped allen mature into a true pro but I tend to think Allen is elevating daboll more so then the other way around. I say thay while acknowledging it is a reciprocal exchange but not necessarily an even one.

NFL banks on those emotions. Patriots the team every fan either loves, or loves to hate. Its why refs help them to 10 superbowls on 20 years and why they are the nfls "cash cow" story line. It really is the WWE when you step back and analyze it.

I think you are just emotionally over reacting to W-L record this year vs last year but I over all agree with your point that we must invest in oline to protect allen for future and that his game will improve if we do. That said having a number 1 defense in NFL is also a major help to any QB

I dont know about that. Tennessee game JA has ball on 2 yard line. Bucs game JA has ball on 7 yard line Patriots game JA has ball on 3 yard line opt for over time... Bills are "inches" away from being a dominant team on so many levels... just how it goes some time. We won all the close games last year, we have lost some heart breakers this year. Doesnt make us "unequivocally worse". We are just skewed in our perceptions by the only stat that matters -- Ws and Ls. The details on how you get those Ws and Ls matter though
