Guys... he has been on the bears Practice squad for TWO years. If he was worth anything he would’ve been signed by now. The bears aren’t exactly loaded at WR either.
dude I LOVE Hakeem Butler more than like anyone on this board (He reminds me of AJ Green) but to discredit Hollywood because of his size is being severely ignorant to the fact that 3 of the top 5 recievers in the nfl are under 6 foot.
AB- 5'10 180
Tyreek Hill - 5'10 185
OBJ - 5'11 190
You'd be a fool to think that Hollywood isn't going to put on weight in an NFL diet program and off season regimen. He is the most dynamic WR in this draft and its not close. He would drastically change the trajectory of this offense he is much more Tyreek Hill than Roscoe Parrish.
THE DEFENSE WAS LEGIT TWO YEARS AGO TOO. wtf does that get you when your offense is dead last every year.... I’m so fed up with how dismal we’ve looked on O
Lol are you seriously saying Percy Harvin at 1 year 4 mill wasn’t worth the investment at the time? Not like we had him on a huge contract and he flipped Cassell for a 7th when it was clear he wasn’t the starter.. idk why those would be held against him
He has a lot of traits that will translate, great arm, great touch and anticipation, and his footwork is excellent. Big test next week against Penn State, we will know more then.
Just wanted a head start on the hype train if there is one ?
Hopefully we don’t end up with the first pick in the draft... but if we do, and this guy is a no brainer for sure franchise Qb.
Do we :
A) Trade down and accumulate more picks.
B) Draft him, add him to the stable of Qb’s & let the cream rise to the top
C) Draft another position of need (Oliver or Bosa)
Didn’t miss this game!
I know it’s early in the season but this just feels like a year where I’m going to be paying very close attention to college football because we are going to be loading up on young talent in this draft!
