I agree, but that’s precisely because many fans are not yet convinced!..they WANT to be convinced , desperately , buuuuut there is still things about his play that hold people back from being convinced. And their hearts will not betray what their eyes see...I want there to be no doubt! I want Josh to prove to everyone that he can’t be denied! it’s just that there are still several key things he does that people can still point to that are below average.

That is a fair point about playing to the defense... however I do not believe Allen is a good QB YET...for my own personal definition, I will know when he becomes a good QB because I will have confidence that he can make any throw when he needs to (the two crucial misses to Knox against the Pats was not that...a good Qb hits at least one of those) and I will have confidence that he can rise to the occasion against the better teams in the league which he has yet to do, in fact he seems to play his worst. when you have a good QB on your hands you KNOW it...although it is still possible I just am not convinced yet- I do not have that confidence the Hawks fans have with Wilson or KC fans have with Mahomes...those fans have confidence every time their team takes the field their QB is going to be better than the one across the way...So when Josh finally arrives I will feel the same way, but not yet.

Kyler Murray and Daniel Jones are both having better rookie years than Allen’s sophomore year... And everybody knows the main reason the Bills are in the playoffs is not because of Allen... And it’s not resentment, it’s envy...I envy teams with good QB play...because at this point, we have had it very sparingly in Allen’s first two seasons...

what you call unrealistic I see young QBs doing all over the league...keep making excuses...

Josh’s home stats are so putrid they are not even worthy of a backup” QB...there should be major concern in the organization about it...I expect nothing short of more major upgrades to the offense this offseason... if we could get his home production up to at least his road production, he might actually be able to be a top 15 QB... that being said, I do feel more confident playing on the road...

I like Josh but if we are being honest he should be last...hasn’t proven anything and has the least impressive stats...not sure why this surprises anybody...

I hope we draft another RB at least as good or better than Singletary...

Ok...let’s start with your first sentence...even if what you say is true, he is a far more efficient passer than Allen at this stage in their development anyway...so your point is moot..that’s like comparing Empire Strikes Back Luke Skywalker to someone who doesn’t use the force- suggesting he can only lift his fighter part way out of the swamp, he loses his temper, and gets his ass kicked by Vader...yeah, but the point is he’s still able to see into the future, telepathically communicate with others, while also able to levitate things with his freaking mind! so while you can criticize him all you want for not being a perfect Jedi at that point in his development, Luke was still way more bad ass than the average person lol... Second sentence...I ain’t even gonna try to front...Hopkins is the truth lol...that being said, coming out of school Watson’s development was already was ahead of Allen’s, and continues to be so at this time...and he is just a more consistent passer on basic and long throws.

Right now, in their careers, Watson is the better QB- no question...but that doesn’t mean that Josh can’t eventually reach his fullest potential...just at the moment Josh is not on the same level... Not necessarily...

I always go back to how the Eagles played the Pats in the super bowl....they left it all on the field, using every trick up their sleeve...and they played like their hair was on fire...McD needs to have that type of mentality to beat the Pats- and he just doesn’t seem to...
