I agree with you right up until you last sentence…You are not listening because you already have your prescribed narrative… (MAGA is not a monolith…There are many varying and competing views within the movement…) My first reply to you was that I’m ok with the program so long as qualified Americans come first… This is just common sense…

The program is mostly being abused to replace low/middle skilled American workers so that corporations can make money off of cheap labor… The people coming here with “cutting edge skills” is only a small percentage of the program…

Couldn’t have said it any better myself… DEI makes people feel like they are being judged on their skin color or gender, instead of how good they are at their job… So because of this, as long as DEI exists, you will always get MORE racism and misogyny, not less, because DEI is specifically telling us to judge people on these attributes…👍 Like I’ve said in the past, the Left is great at pointing out societal flaws or injustices…But they are terrible when it comes to the solutions to those problems…they just compound the issue…

Most difficult matchup? Yes… However, strangely, more and more I am feeling like the Bills are going to pull this one out, and shock the world… And I was always skeptical going into this Bills season…I predicted 9-8…And I am the one who often predicted losses during the season… I am actually surprised I feel so positively about this game, because I never like getting my hopes up… I can’t explain it, but I just think we are going to win…

It’s not that anyone non white is unqualified, but rather employers (like Disney) have explicitly said they will NO LONGER hire white males to play leads in their movies for the sake of equity… That is the definition of systemic racism- and that is DEI…👍 Interesting… racist much? 🤔
