  1. Lol how do you know what he meant to say?! ..And when I DONT have surgery after 10 years, Ill be sure to post here, waiting for you to eat crow. I know I wont, since I wont be lifting with my ego-- Something that seems to have shattered with that pectoral muscle of yours.
  2. Sure, some people have good reasons for not using the flat bench. I don't know if decline should be considered "safer" since that has issues too. There have been instances with people passing out from blood rushing to their head. I don't think it's wise to give lifting advice from one subjective experience. I think you gave bad advice. Maybe you went too heavy? Maybe you had piss poor form? Maybe you didn't warm up properly? But whatever, this isn't a lifting forum so I doubt people are looking for advice in this thread. Also, everyone is different (needless to say). But Ill never get to 400 lbs on benching. Lol, unless, maybe, I take roids. I can deadlift that easy though. Go Bills!
  3. I don’t know what the hell you are talking about I’ve, and many others have been flat benching for over a decade and never have any issues.
  4. Relax brother Dont you know to trust the protest by now? Marrone and Jauron are long gone I know the wound still feels fresh. I know it’s tough to stay optimistic after all these years. But take a deep breath. McBean have injected new blood and life. They are ten steps ahead like the NE coach. They won’t go for Keenum.
  5. Belichik leaving would be better than brady leaving. Please let it happen
  6. pats oline gets away with holding every play. run or pass. no way the eagles can win if that doesnt get called. and that sucks, cause you cant afford to rush more than 4 passers against brady.
  7. I was hoping the saints would win. now brady/belishit gets bortles at home than either foles or Keenum. easiest path for the patriots in a long while
  8. The majority of the blame is undoubtedly on Tyrod after seeing that. However, we are not in the meetings when the coaches are coaching players. Are the coaches teaching Tyrod the defenses correctly? Are they helping him find the nuances? I like to think they are. I like to think they are very prepared. Hence the open receivers. In the end, Tyrod is a warrior, and exciting to watch and cheer for. He's made some awesome plays. However, I think it's time we move on. Thanks for the good times.
  9. Gotta give hauschka a shout out since he put up the bills only points. the guy was probably the best pick up this past offseason. i wasn't worried at all this season with him kicking field goals. It made me completely forget about carpenter. It's nice to see the FG unit perform consistently for a change. The kicking game was smooth. now time to get that qb that doesn't make me worried or upset.
  10. the dude had to make a play or two to win a game, and he couldn't do it. A PLAY OR TWO he couldnt do it, even when his career was on the line.
  11. he ripped tyrod another one. tyrod is a warrior, but he cant play QB well enough to bring a championship or win 10 games. time to move on and asap
  12. Jim bob cooter for oc, if he doesn't get the hc spot
  13. That was a mans play. Only a real man could do what Lonzo did. absolutely incredible
  14. yes rick dennison's playcalling can flat out suck. but a good QB will make a play more often than not. tyrod just isnt a good enough QB to cover for dennison's weaknesses.
  15. Thats actually really interesting. Colts arent going to draft a QB. So it is entirely possible.
  16. would you guys trade the two first rounders, glenn, and maybe another pick or two for the #1 pick? though, Id like to keep both second rounders if that happened edit.. saw it would take a lot, id be willing to chip in next years first too, if it was for darnold. i rather just sign cousins though, and build the rest of the team
  17. Bill would be more of a psychopath than I thought if he is indeed that vengeful
