Cant agree more. McBeane is very arrogant and too blind to see that they have failed. They are still building for ‘culture’ after all these years. Again they hit the lottery with Josh Allen and they are the luckiest duo in the NFL.

Very true. Roseman has done an incredible job. Again, cant say the same for Beane. Beane and McDermott hit the jackpot getting Josh Allen. If it wasn’t for Josh McBeane would be long gone.

Our Defense is nowhere close to Phillys defense. Its going to take years to build a defense like Phillys.

Fo not touch any Philly players. All Philly free agents will get overpaid.

What about the Raiders? I can see that happen on a one year deal if they draft a QB in the first round that sits and learns. Otherwise retirement.
