When we were in NZ this past February she was speaking in one of the towns we were touring that day. The power had gone out in the area but they gathered enough generators to make sure that where she was speaking had electricity (NZ has frequent power outages due to the faults underneath it shifting... or at least that is what we were told). We didn't stick around to see her, but a few of our Australian table mates (we were on a cruise) were all aflutter that they got to hear her speak and take her photo. I wonder what they think of her now?

I have been reading some polls that have the "working class gap" even wider for Trump. IF true (and polls-schmolls) that is kind of amazing that a billionaire would connect better with the working class than the Democratic party that was supposed to be all about the working (wo)man. It does make me wonder though, how the majority of college educated people (again, polls-schmolls) would vote for a dementia patient. That does not seem prudent to me. ?‍♀️
