Based off his concurrent opinion on Roe v. Wade, he said the Supreme Court should revisit Supreme Court decisions that ruled married couples can buy and use contraceptives, that two adults are allowed to engage in same sex intimacy, and the ruling that made same sex marriages legal. I would say the first two are pretty extreme.

He's always looked like that besides the weight he lost due to Covid. When he put the weight back on he was back to his usual self.

Republicans are in an odd position as the messaging since Roe v Wade was overturned was it now rightfully belongs to the states to decide. So, any federal proposal (like that one) makes them look like hypocrites.

We don't have to play the Chiefs, Raiders, and Broncos twice. That helps. -

Not sure if it will be a surprise but if Cody Ford doesn't impress he may be cut or traded. They can save about 1.5 million by cutting him. That money may come in handy before the trade deadline to fill an unforeseen need.

It's true. You can minimize it but that's why serious body builders go from a bulk phase to a cut phase.

It's impossible to put on muscle without gaining some fat. My guess is after training camp he'll drop a few pounds of fat while maintaining most of the muscle he built.

That's dedication. So you basically tried to guess which player would throw for or have the most TD's. Pry no waiver wire pickups or trades I'm guessing.

That must've been near impossible having to calculate the stats from the box scores every week in a newspaper, putting together a schedule, waiver wire adds, trades, etc...feel bad for the commish.

Only 28 teams. No NFL RedZone or Sunday Ticket. No fantasy football. No gambling from a cell phone. It's a lot different than '93.

There's been black head coaches that have been given more than one head coaching shot. Just off the top of my head.....Tony Dungy, Dennis Green, Art Shell, Lovie Smith, Herm Edwards, Hue Jackson, Jim Caldwell, and Todd Bowles. I think the main criticism out there is that they're given a shorter leash than their white contemporaries and that's difficult to argue with.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear. It will be interesting to see what they do if they go to an 18 game season. Do they punish the division winners even further and make them play another division winner from the opposing conference? We got lucky drawing Washington last year after a 7-9 record won them the division. -
I believe there was a report the NFL wouldn't overrule the prosecutor if it was a six to eight game suspension. Maybe she gives him four and the NFL gives him six. This seemed preordained for a while now.

I agree with that. Watkins and Darby are/were better than Matthews and Gaines regardless of system. Darby struggled last year though. Especially his two games against the Raiders.

The Bears are putting on a clinic on how not to properly develop a young quarterback. I feel bad for Justin Fields.

He had the 2nd lowest coverage and overall grade of his career last year according to PFF at 58.7. Only five pass breakups on 64 targets and no INT's or forced fumbles. To be fair though he missed six games so it's a relatively small sample size.

Damn. You make a good point. Something has to be done though as it's estimated businesses in totality across America lose about a billion dollars the day after the Super Bowl due to people calling in sick. -

I agree but it would be fun to see how coaches navigate it. The poor Jags would play everybody's backup QB and sill go 4-14. -
