Preston Brown thinks he can help the Patriots
Captain Murica replied to Domdab99's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yup, the way he is depicting the result of these guys leaving is as if they became superstars once they left Buffalo. Honestly, good luck to him. I cannot wait to see him try to cover shady out of the backfield. -

Fun Fact #2: Ice Cube's son played Ice Cube in Straight Outta Compton film and used the "Bye Felisha phrase" during the hotel scene. -

I think that would better than a player who didn't know the NFL rules when it came to covering kick-offs -

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bye,_Felicia The phrase "Bye, Felicia" (actually spelled "Felisha" in the cast listing) came from a scene in the American stoner buddy crime comedy film Friday(1995). According to Ice Cube, who starred in the film and co-wrote its script, "Bye, Felicia" is "the phrase 'to get anyone out of your face'," and, as it was used in the Friday scene, is generally intended as a dismissive kiss-off.[ -

Cool, love the competitive spirit of "if you can't beat 'em, join em." -
I know when he was entering the draft he was seen more as a zone corner with his size and ability to tackle well. Plus, he gets to play with 3 other pro-caliber DB's. I'm really happy with the signing.

He ran a faster 40 than Rich Eisen , has to count for something.

Totally get what you’re implying, but two out of his 4 years he’s averaged less than 10 ypc. He’s not a game changer like the rest of his class or the wide receivers that he is getting paid close to or more than annually. Yes, it’s one year, and he’s racking up receptions but he’s not in the class of a Julio, brown, obj, AJ green, Hopkins, and etc. In my opinion, I would roll with Stills, Parker, and Grant and use that money else where. Let some other team sign this head case to a long and expensive contract. By all means let them waste the little cap space they will eventually have on a very good slot receiver. Mind you, after he signs the phins will have 32 million wrapped up into their wr position which is 2nd in the league for a team without a franchise qb(if they cut bait with Tannehill) and finished 6-10. This benefits us.

The Bills NEED to go all in on getting Saquan Barkley
Captain Murica replied to SAFTB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think I know someone as well. Their biggest issue was INT's in the redzone and leading the league in INTs. This someone isn't apt to throwing many INTs. It seems like a match to me. -

I mean if they really wanted to get their QB and Barkley, I'd do it. It's a cheap price for getting your Franchise QB and a stud talent in Barkley. I also know several Giants fans personally that like Kizer a lot. They probably would love a trade involving picks(if they get to move to 4th with the trade) and Kizer. -

Wonder what it would take for the browns to move up to number 2 from their 4 spot? Imagine that happens.. -
Rumor: Shady on the Trade Block
Captain Murica replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I see where you’re coming from with that situation. But, there was an article written several months ago about Sammy’s time here. They interviewed him and he said when he came out to the media and stated he needed more targets. The next offensive meeting they had Shady handed him a Manila envelope with shooting targets in it, and told him “we heard you needed more targets.” I think he is team first, but also isn’t shy about promoting his brand. -

My truck has 280,000 and is still dominant. Just needs to get a special oil change once in a while ?. -
What RB I would target in the draft
Captain Murica replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
along with Fournette and Zeke seem to really help their QB's.. -
I feel I heard this story before about going 5-11... I mean it could happen, but even during the drought the Bills only finished with a record of 5-11 or worse 3 times in 17 years. I just don't seeing it happen this upcoming year as they will be able to accrue more talent this off-season via draft/FA.

Yup, they would be getting a two time pro-bowler on a cheaper deal to replace Gaines possibly. This is a smart move kills two birds with one stone. If he was to sign that probably eliminates us drafting a CB early.

I don't think it's harsh at all. If I started spewing crazy nonsensical thoughts on to the internet I would hope someone would verbally smack some sense into me.
