I’m right there with you. When the pick was announced I did the whole Michael Scott “NO,god no, please god no, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” while walking out of buddies house ?? My thing is I wanted someone to come in right away and was pro ready, and knowing Allen was a project I personally wasn’t in the mood to wait 2-3 years. But, like you said we more than likely made the right choice.

The thing with Mahomes no look pass is was it necessary he went no look? If I recall the play his WR had enough separation that he didn’t need to go no look to hold the coverage. Allen’s was to pick a first down to keep the chains moving, but, I’m bias.
