A poor start by the defense. They might need a bit more than usual out of Allen today to achieve victory. Bogus roughing call helped that drive, but bad coverage on the 3rd and 9.

I thinks Bucks can get in with a resounding win today. Oklahoma not that great on either side of the ball today, bad non call in the 4th on a critical 3rd down. Some will disagree but I think the committee can be swayed still.

It was Kubiak that played in relief of Elway, though I thought it was later in the game. Deep thigh bruise iirc. Anyway, it made for some tense moments until Baileys INT and again in the closing minutes. Neither offense could get off the ground that day. I was at the game and don’t remember it snowing at all. Kind of a cold but sunny day.

Bills were playing the Dolphins in the 1970’s and were down 24-21. Mercury Morris, the Dolphins RB fumbled the ball deep in MIA territory. Bills defenders fell on the ball to recover it, but the head linesman Jerry Bergman said the ball was dead before Morris dropped it and wasn’t a fumble. He then penalized Bills DL Pat Toomay 15 yds unsportsmanlike conduct penalty saying that Toomay elbowed him. Toomay said he was going for the ball and Bergman was in his way. The Bills lost 31-21 and Ralph Wilson was fined by the commissioner for criticizing the officiating.

Terrible job by Leipold and Co today. Complete choke job vs a 7-5 team that now seems to own them. Huge disappointment in a season that once looked so promising.

I don’t think so. While Reich has done a good job, he also has Andrew Luck who is seemingly healthy again. Besides, hiring Reich to coach the Bills would seem like clinging to the legacy of the ‘90s Bills. Just another move by Pegula to hire some relic of a bygone era from the franchise’s past. Regardless of one’s opinion of McDermott, it was a good idea to pass on Reich and look elsewhere.
