It’ll just make watching them hoist the Lombardi in February that much sweeter. -
Always risk of injury with these contracts . Sucks but what can you do

NFL warns it will punish teams for faking injuries
Boatdrinks replied to Fleezoid's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bengals did have a hurry up offense but it wasn’t the Bills that faked injuries in the playoffs that year. It came to a head when the Bengals played the Seahawks in the divisional round. Seahawks players were accused of faking injuries to slow down the Cincinnati offense and to avoid being called for Offside or too many men on field when the Bengals would line up quickly and snap the ball. The league was concerned about the potential for similar shenanigans in the AFC title game and warned the Bengals for using the hurry up in this manner. They told the Bills to not fake injuries as well but informed Cincinnati that if they used their offense to create a penalty that the officials would flag both teams : Buffalo for too many men or Offside and the Bengals for unsportsmanlike conduct and the penalties would offset. Head coach Sam Wyche was furious over this ruling, but I don’t remember it being called in the game. I do remember Bruce Smith being flagged for a phantom face mask during a sack of Esiason when he actually pulled his jersey. The Bills offense was not effective that day and struggled to cross midfield. -
Professional troll ..

Bengals game is enormous as they could knock the Bills down to the 3 seed. Don’t want to look to far ahead as we have tough games before this. It could be the difference between drawing the Chiefs or not seeing them until a potential AFC title game. Of course this is if all 3 teams hold serve until then ; a lot can change in a month.

In a strange twist, the 1 seed is likely to come down to @ Bengals. Just as it ( possibly) did with the Chiefs. This is not going to be a slam dunk for the Bills and may be the only game on their schedule that they’ll be an underdog. The Bengals can giveth and taketh away.

Chiefs at Bengals Game thread - 4:25 PM Kickoff

I really hate these things when I see ‘em on truck windows, but for some reason I like this one! -
OBJ will not get that $$ from any team. He’s had 2 knee injuries and isn’t 26 anymore. If he does sign this season , he’s not getting that kind of cheddar. He’s hoping, but he’ll ultimately sign for a lot less.

Aside from Allen and Diggs, they’re not. It’s a nice offense , not one that just blows you away with talent alt every position. So we’ve known thisWe have as fans come to expect a level of performance from Josh Allen that elevates the talent around him. When Josh’s performance takes a dip, the shine comes off much of the offense as a whole. Just hoping he gets the Mojo back and turns it up even higher like he did last season.

Bills super conservative with injuries; no different here. Was hoping but not expecting any different.
-
It’s $$ coming in that has moved the line, not the injury report

So the field wins in appearances 23-22 and 13-8 in SB victories. That could change over time with only one bye week but I don’t think it will fall off a cliff. Playoff games are just that - a game not a series. I still think the field will win out vs 1 team
-
And a very good record in one score games the year before that, so which is the fluke?
-
The prevailing opinion on TBD was “ no thanks” so I don’t think there’ll be much handwringing.
-
I’ve heard it has to be 12 days in advance or something so it will probably be very close to that.

I fly international every 3 months or so, and those flights are by far the smoothest operationally with few problems. Likely due to passengers going on vacation and having a lot more invested than they would just for a ride home from seeing family etc. The crews tend to be higher in seniority and have a lot of experience to draw on if an issue should arise. Domestic flights are definitely a different animal and it shows. As for video it would be surprising if none exists of this incident and it’s odd that it hasn’t surfaced already.
