  1. And there could have been an earth quake that swallowed up the entirety of WNY and then we'd have nothing to complain about. This kind of hindsight stuff is useless.
  2. Go back like I did and watch each offensive play against the Texans. You will see he got the ball out quicker, was more accurate than earlier games. No denying it if you actually watch.
  3. I live just north of Indy in a suburb called Carmel. If you need any advice on places to go, etc. let me know. Hope to see you Sunday morning!
  4. It is a simple theoretical. Nothing more.
  5. You and your bunny SoTier are a never ending source of sunshine around here.
  6. That's a huge if of course, but you go with the hot hand and let Allen learn and develop his mechanics more
  7. Well, stayed up for a bit to see Rosen. Tough night for him but part of the learning curve. One thing though: they faked the run-pass option several times. Do they think any defenses seriously believe Rosen is a threat to run? night all
  8. Well, one thing going around is their OC might get fired after this performance. Guy named Mike McCoy. As I recall he was a very piular name for our OC last year.
  9. Tough night for the kid. Learning experience
  10. Kid's having a tough night. But he'll learn from it. Mayfield had one last night. Allen against the Pack. And I refuse to look at anything Jets related but I'm sure Darnold has too.
  11. I'm not sure what you're referring to being a huge assumption. If it''s that we would have not lost early in with Allen starting, i don't agree. I do agree that he needs reps and needs to play, but it will take time. As for coaches, I agree the coaches have the main job of getting the kid where he needs to be. But it also doesn't hurt to have a guy around who's actually been on the field to offer perspective.
  12. Pick six to start the game.
  13. Oh, I don't blame him for being ticked either. I just don't see a place where he'd be a long term starter.
  14. Not surprising. Wouldn't be surprised if the Rams are struggling in a few years.
  15. TT may need to start embracing the veteran backup role
  16. Anderson has more experience. From that standpoint might be better in the film room or sideline. But on the field, having Allen watch him vs. McCarron. Toss up.
  17. Well, as I said we will see what happens Sunday. Right now the Bills have a strong D, good running game. And they had a rookie QB in the learning process and a weak receiving group. Now, did they make decisions to put themselves in that position? Yep. Do they need to improve the receiving corps and O line, does Allen need to develop? Yep. So should they focus right now in their strengths to win games? You can guess the answer.
  18. Yes they do. And he did try to work with Dareus. And Dareus did not want to listen. He just brought this Phillips guy in at DT and he played pretty well his first game after essentially getting thrown out of Miami. Shady is not exactly the most stable personality on the planet and McD has no problem with him. Benjamin is another - why is it people scream about how they should have let KB go after last week for his lack of effort, but when Dareus didn't give effort they should have coddled him? In general, I don't think McD has a problem with guys as long as they focus on football, do their work in the room and in the field. Dedicate themselves. Are we really at the point where that is too much to ask?
  19. Well, we will see Sunday, won't we? At least as far as passing yardage. And is Allen "ready"? Not completely. And neither are the other rookie QBs. As for the record, call me old fashioned but I always thought wins mattered. Or do they decide who makes the post-season on total passing yards now?
