i think darnold going first is what sets off a wacky series of events.

maybe that's what i'm thinking of. i'm kinda surprised this hasn't happened before. who knows...it's unlikely, but maybe this will be the first time.

brady quinn was going over his possible scenarios today for the top 10. if i remember correctly, (someone let me know if you heard it) where if darnold was one, the giants would be willing to trade from two. i don't recall how, be he described a three team trade involving the colts, giants and bills. i think the colts trade to 2, the giants take the colts pick at 6(?) and the bills trade up to 2 from the colts. this way the giants can stay close to the top, and the colts get some extra picks. who did he have the bills taking at 2? allen. yup. edit: in this scenario, he somehow had barkley falling to 6, and the giants getting him anyway. again, i'm not sure if this is exactly as stated.

they were mentioning something along these lines on nfl radio. all of the qbs have flaws, but certain team may be better equipped/more willing to deal with certain flaws than others. it's a strange draft this year.

i hear ya, but when you bring whaley in the conversation in regards to someone who would have done it right, it just seems off. angry/off/misdirected...you can choose.

that's gross. chuck e cheeses are tricky. our daughter is almost 3, and she absolutely loves the place. this schtick is to go super early when the place opens. there's literally no one there, and people who show up early are pretty normal. if you stick around until the evening, the crowd changes a bit. by a bit i mean a lot.

The American side is the butthole of America. The Canadian side is far nicer.
