  1. Good posting, Nice call on A B...
  2. I think this was a real good game for the Air Allen O to learn from. ( I like that name ) Our Buffalo Bills football team really showed some grit today. Impressive despite the mistakes.
  3. I agree, so while the Pats may have one of the bests O's in the NFL. The Buffalo Bills on the other hand have arguably the best secondary Tom Brady will face all season. Not just Allen, the teeth of the Bills D is even hungrier... Thanks OP
  4. I think he earned it. Allen needs a guy he can lean on a little when the going gets tough, Singletary is that guy...
  5. Amazing odds were stacked against the Bills D today with the O caughing up the football 4 times. The O goes a negative 8 points in the 1st half I've never seen anything like it.
  6. O was rusty and it showed, What also showed was the growth and maturity of Allen to hang in there and pull out a win at crunch time. The kind of hard fought win that builds character. Nice job McD and Co.
  7. 4 turnovers, pick 6, Safety, on the road, down 16 - 0 Are you kidding me! MERCY!!!
  8. Logical https://www.twobillsdrive.com/community/topic/217864-oak-planning-to-suspend-ab-edit-apologized-playing/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-5965562
  9. Its just the opposite for me. I'm expecting Singletary to start his NFL career off with a bang to help Buffalo win a close one. I hope...
  10. I understand, I just think the situation should have been handled behind closed doors.
  11. I agree with Alpha, Mayock should have been prepared to tip toe through the tulips with the huge ego of AB
  12. Myself personally, QB's get more reps handling snaps then any other position. If Barkleys not good at holding practice makes perfect. To me , It adds more wrinkles the opposition has to gameplan against so why not.
  13. Allen is a charmer, lol, its true. Its really hard to find much not to like on or off the field. I think the players love Josh Allen as much as we the fans. One Buffalo strong...
  14. I think the strategy makes sense and not so much because of the amount of Oline you can swap off and onto the playing field per play. More so because it matches our strengths and weaknesses per individual player against the oppositions strengths and weaknesses. This can change from week to week or even from play to play IMO.
  15. I'll 2nd the win /loss assesment Although the homer side of me is optimistic and hopeful for 10. Being realistic on where Allen stands in his development along with all the new faces in the starting lineup I think an 8 - 8 record is very possible. Anything less in all likelihood would probably involve injury to two or more key players IMO.
  16. I'm telling you when Mahomes plays Brady we're in for a shootout. Back in the day it was Kelly and Marino...
  17. Jim "Machine gun" Kelly and Thurmal Warfare beg to differ, Are we going to remove the description gunslinger while we're at it?
  18. The gamer in Jackson finally started to peek its head out in the final drive for Buffalo, It might be the homer in me, but I love the kids arm and wouldn't mind seeing If Daboll can mold him into an NFL QB.
  19. I think Fitzy is a career turnover machine and body whips allot of throws to achieve higher velocity. I had a thread topic here on TBD years ago while Fitzfizzles was Buffalo's starting QB, "Fitz the turnover machine" (If I remember correctly)
  20. This is true, I think the next move is up to Barkley, Does he Peterman out when called upon in real action? Is the Bills Bark worse then the oppositions D's bite? that becomes the question...
  21. My eye test with Barkley in a Bills uni says different. The Bills have a very good secondary to practice against. Where are the Barkley INT's? Where were they last season in regular season play? Or this preseason? I think its easy to look at a young QB with only 12 NFL games played and say he sucks. I've seen as many strong armed QB's fail in the NFL because they can't throw with anticipation or touch as QB's that fail from lack of sufficient arm strength. I think the answer might be somewhere in the middle, With all due respect thy Dog...
  22. I respectfully disagree Myself personally, arm strength is a bit overrated and the fraction of a second difference between 50 and 60 mph throws can be made up with faster read and react time/decisiveness IMO. Also throwing trajectory with more of an arc in many instances proves more beneficial then a straight line trajectory especially for shorter QB's. In my humble opinion Kelly.
  23. Not much info on Barkleys actual velocity and it would not surprise me If he has gotten stronger over time. Eye test tells me Matt Barkley is making all the throws. ( In a Bills uni) Fitz doesn't have enough arm strength to throw with good zip without using his whole body on the throw.( IMO ) Myself personally, I think Barkley uses much better throwing mechanics resulting in better accuracy.
