Thanks Yolo,
I realize that and just pointing out a teams record does not always give a clear picture on what you may face on any given Sunday. A change at QB for instance can spark a football team like Fitzy did for Miami. Losing teams make changes.
The Browns 2 - 6 record is deceiving and is not indicative of the talent they have on the roster IMO.
Philly had a losing record when we played them...
Something that will not go unnoticed throughout the league.
The threat of Allen running helps the O provided Josh Allen protects himself and the football. When he doesn't protect himself or the football the whole team becomes vulnerable IMO.
???
The point I was making is you don't need 300 plus yards passing to beat a good football team. Control the football / TOP, and keep Tom Brady off the football field.
Yes, I watched the game...
Nice review Virgil,
6 - 2 without the sugar coating is much appreciated.
Daboll is taking allot of heat and deservedly so I suppose. On the other hand with so many new faces, rookies, and a revamped Oline along with a 2nd year QB. It doesn't surprise me that the Buffalo Bills are a work in progress on O.
Getting cute with a 1st and goal on the 2 did get under my skin.
With that being said, pounding the ball 3 straight times with Gore also didn't work so...
Good point Limeaid,
To me though the ability to eventually have a Superbowl in Buffalo and year round use of the Dome stadium itself makes a Dome the best choice IMO. Retractable roof would be ideal. Also taking kids to a football game in a cotrolled enviroment is also a good sell. Buffalo has the worst weather conditions for an outside stadium in the NFL.
And the battle's just begunThere's many lost, but tell me who has won?The trench is dug within our heartsAnd mothers, children, brothers, sisters torn apartSunday, bloody SundaySunday, bloody Sunday
Congrads Nationals, great 7th game. 19 - 31 at one point in the season. defying numerous elimination games. Down on the scoreboard tonight. Resilient, never say die group of athletes.
Who would've thunked it...
