Josh Allens forte is not rainbow arc throws dropping down from the heavens over the defender and into the WR's hands. Its lower arc laser shots IMO. Allen almost appears to throw them like darts at moving dart boards. Josh Allen needs bigger moving dart boards to work the middle of the football field properly IMO. Something J K / K gun excelled at back in the day. I also think good TE play helps open up the run...

I thought that might have a better chance. Launch the football 70 yards and possibly get a PI call.

I think without getting more production from the TE position Buffalo runs the risk of becoming to finesse going into wintery weather conditions. On the other hand I can understand how a fella could reach this point...

Josh really is clutch, Diggs, Beasley, all clutch. I personally want to see more production from the TE position. On off days QB need big play from the TE security blanket IMO. (On days like today I wish Duke Williams was on the football field)

Does this belief hinge on one successful hail mary? The reason I ask this is because had Buffalo won the game I think allot of people start looking at Buffalo differently. (Including Bills fans) I'm not saying your wrong...

Despite the very painful loss I also like where we're going. Thanks OP for keeping it real. Its hard to be to upset with anyone in particular. Josh had an off day yet came through at crunch time. D defended Murray well IMO. A couple of bounces went our way. A little Murray magic beat us in the end. When I looked at the 3 games coming up on the schedule. Pats, Seahawks and Cards. Ithought to myself , If Buffalo wins 2 I'll be happy. Can't say I'm happy right now. On the other hand, I'll take the 2 out of 3. My hats off to the mighty mouse...

Having the right coaching and system to match a QB's abilities is key. Chan Gailey is probably one of the most versatile coaches in the league IMO. I think Tua gives both Gailey and Fitz allot of positives to pull from IMO. Its going to create a very competitive offense in Miami IMO. I like it. I think squishing the fish is going to take on a whole new meaning. I think Allen is in a very good match with the Daboll/O. An onnovative and expanding coaching style that is in sync with the sky being the limits with Josh Allen IMO Its imperative the Buffalo Bills keep them together IMO. In ways I'm disappointed Tom Brady is no longer in the AFC East. The reason I feel this way is because I believe the Buffalo Bills finally have a QB that can compete against the greats IMO. ( and beat them) -

Lol, probably a bama fan... On a side note though Tua does resemble a young R W IMO. -

Short term Fitzy might be the better QB. I think the Dolphins needed to see what they have in Tua and this was the best time to do it. -

It depends on how you look at it IMO. Fitz is now the mentor to a very talented young signal caller that he can mold. Chan Gailey is great at getting the most from his players. To me the more accurate Tua becomes an extension of Fitzpatrick on the football field. The best of both worlds... -

People hate being wrong. Baker Mayfield has been all over the place. Lamar Jackson was at the tail end of what was supposed to be this great draft class at the QB position. Jackson ends up exceling the fastest. The dark horse Allen nobody seen coming with the glaring red flag concerning his completion percentage is now rounding the corner with a full head of steam in hot pursuit of Jackson. Everyone gets their collective butts hurt because they were all so wrong... -
Where I went to school the principal had a 3 inches thick, 5 inches wide, 24 inches long wooden paddle with holes drilled through it for maximum velocity. You bent over the principals desk. Stand on your toes and pray all the toilet paper helps. It doesn't. It would lift you up off the ground. Trust me when I say it hurt way, way more then any pain I could ever dish out or take fighting. The good old days...

The Slide (Stefon Diggs): smart move?
Figster replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think its a smart move that some coaches actually try to get their players to buy into IMO. In more of a finesse O I think it makes sense to reduce the amount of hits a player takes at the WR position IMO. I think its something you are more likely to see from a play it smart kinda team/players. Pats come to mind... -
Or just standing up to them worked for me. After giving up my lunch money so long I said enough is enough Kid needs to eat...

I think part of the problem is every time Buffalo starts entering into the conversation with some of the better teams in the league. The Bills suffer a set back. I do think the overall league perception of the Bills is starting to change more now as Allen continues to develop into a franchise QB IMO. Elite play from the QB position is impossible to ignore.
