  1. I've tried to rationalise why a team that just drove the ball down the playing field would lose the football when its fumbled out of the field of play. I can't come up with any reason this rule is in place.
  2. This is a really good post and I was just thinking about modifications to a QB's shoulder pads that could be made because of what you posted. QB is more vulnerable then any other athlete on the field and he's also in many instances the most important player in the franchise.
  3. thats what i'm thinking, Not that I enjoy using this as an example , but does BB and the Pats lose football games without Mrs Brady? ummmm no, not many
  4. Of course not knocking the oppositions QB out of the game wins football games
  5. thanks, Again, good teams find ways to win football games and a new star is born every day.
  6. Stop getting on Facebook
  7. I don't think thats true at all yup
  8. well he's got mine
  9. When a player like A Rodgers goes down everyone that enjoys the game of football suffers. Don't give up on the season my friend. You guys are pretty good manning the QB position.
  10. It does not surprise me the knock on Peterman for some is being drafted in the 5th. How many times has a 6th round draft choice won a championship over the last decade and a half?
  11. Should have been anyway. Instead I'm assuming it goes into the game log as a turnover that the Pats get credit recovering. Awwww come on man
  12. Regardless, and i'm not disagreeing with you, ( I'll look at it again) its a bad rule to begin with in my humble opinion.
  13. I was under the impression unless conclusive evidence shows different they have been sticking to the ruling on the field this season, so you got me there
  14. Its probably the correct call when the ball was fumbled into then out of the endzone because the player was already past the goal line and out of bounds before gaining possession again. On the other hand Its a bad rule that doesn't make much sense for a team that just battled its way to that point on the playing field IMO.
  15. They have to fix this because unless its 4th down nothing about they play gives cause to give the other team the football. and its not the 1st time...
  16. you have to admit thats funny
  17. and another game manager from KC while we're at it, Ours can't manage to win close football games very well...
  18. McCown just being McCown, enough to make a grown man cry...
  19. Peterman shows good internal clock skills and pocket awareness often times escaping pressure like the kids got eyes in the back of his head. He's got the look...
  20. J E T S Jets Jets Jets
  21. Good post McD standing behind Taylor, returning the loyalty, is the respectable way of handling the situation and its something the next guy in line and every man in the locker room will come to understand and appreciate playing for our new HC. This Peterman fella still screams play me though ...
  22. I think this has more to do with backing up our decision to pay Taylor starter salary then how things are shaping up on the practice field, but we have rumors...
  23. I believe that, and respect the HC decisions on how its being handled true that
  24. Until Peterman comes in and steals Taylors job out from underneath him, call it what you like
  25. Fair assessment Scott7975, If you add the dropped balls its probably up over 60% Sometimes WR's run the wrong route and it reflects on the QB.
