It just brings both teams to a more level playing field. And then you are also hoping the wind/weather isnt super awful during an offensive drive or FG. If the Bills were to "legitimately" lose to the Steelers because of the weather. You know some kind of dumb 8-6 game, 3-0, etc. Then NOT building a dome will have been the dumbest thing ever.
