  1. Man, I thought our line's pass blocking effort was weak. This explains A LOT.
  2. Ragland did well last week. Looks like he's rounding into form. Bet he can't wait to tackle Shady. LOL.
  3. Here's a graph of the impact Tim Leiweke had on three Toronto sports franchises:
  4. Pegulas need to find their Tim Leiweke. Toronto sports franchises have made a turn-around thanks to this man. One man can make a huge difference. Prior to his arrival, Raptors, Toronto FC, and Maple Leafs were jokes, and for a very long time at that. Even though he didn't have a direction connections into some of those sports, his business connections allowed him to find and lure the best minds in each sport and turned those franchises around. In the few years following changes brought about by Tim, Toronto sports have entered a period of renaissance. Toronto Raptors have gone on to feature in the Eastern Conference Finals, and have been perennial winners. Toronto FC reached the MLS Finals last year and had the best record in the league this past year, and currently competing in the playoffs. Toronto Maple Leafs are currently 2nd in the Eastern Conference. The turn-arounds in the space of a few years is beyond remarkable. The changes aren't a short-term flash in the pan type either. They are cultural, and organizational in nature. They look to be long-term sustainable. Tim has added and increased the value of all of those franchises many fold over the compensation he received. After departing from Toronto, Tim founded the Oak View Group (OVG), a sports and entertainment advisory firm. He is available as a consultant Pegulas. I'd strongly recommend hiring him.
  5. Season's done. What I WANTED to see was how this coach adjust in terms of SCHEMES. NOT Players. He hasn't shown he can make adjustments. Which is the hallmark of good NFL coaching.
  6. Yeah. He hasn't tweetted since the show began. Joe B's clip is spot on. "This is a league of contested throws... you gotta be able to do that". I agree with McD's statement, and this has been TT's failing. the 9.5 point spread is generous to the Bills.
  7. Schefter said it again on NFL live JUST NOW: he doesn't think McDermott is changing QBs. Sounds like he is quite sure about this!!!
  8. Adam Shefter said on NFL live - he doesn't think McDermott is going to make any changes in QB. That would shock me.
  9. All I'm going to say is - It's not just one game. It's been a series of questionable moves, culminated by the last two which finally BLEW UP in their faces: Dareus trade, and starting Peterman against the best pass rushers in the league. So, what this does is put into doubt the quality of the football minds that are guiding this franchise, their evaluation process, their JUDGEMENT. Because both the HC and GM are rookies, and the owners just FIRED the prior two I don't think they fire these two at the end of this year. They are going to get at least another year, if not two more. So we are potentially looking at 2 or 3 years of Beane and McDermott at the very least. And that is potentially disastrous for Bills for the foreseeable future.
  10. Tyrod is a college QB. If you want to run a college style offense, it's fine fam! We ran one for a while. Problem is few people will run that!
  11. Joined since 2009. Yet only 67 posts. WHOSE SECOND ACCOUNT ARE YOU??? Or maybe THIRD or FOURTH? It's ok to have a glass half full view. why hide behind a second account?
  12. Fork TT. Fork Peterman. Neither are good enough. We need better coaching, better quarterbacking.
  13. We need a top 10 OFFENSIVE LINE COACH first. Without one, they look worse than lingerie league. Second, a better OC. At that point I'm ok with adding Case. He's looked better than TT and Peterman. Quarterbacking takes longer to master than any other position. Witness Josh McCown. If you watched the Vikings game he had more escape than Houdini on Sunday.
  14. It has an impact on the team. He might have relationships on that team that coach don't know about. It demoralized them I'm sure.
  15. I said as much - TT wasn't willing to take shots at the times he needed to. I thought McD was sitting him down so he can REFLECT on his play and make a change. Because he wasn't taking to the coaching.
  16. You might be right. Was there ever a stretch this bad. i'm not sure if it's been this bad.
  17. With Tyrod those all would've been sacks instead of INTs. That's about the only diference. Chargers would have had similar field position after punts.
