  1. I don't think it's going to be more beautiful 😂😂
  2. I'd be very leery of allowing the opinions of players whose likely sole interaction w Allen is shaking his hand after the game color my opinion of his leadership abilities I mean I do believe we are in for a fairly significant change in offensive philosophy
  3. I'm saying there's plenty of evidence to suggest Bernard would have been as welll
  4. Correct I would expect the one game sample size teams to regress toward the mean
  5. We've seen Milano on Kelce and it wasn't different
  6. I'll rephrase if it makes you feel better Heck I'll even use a euphemism 'the Bills playoff defense has been the single greatest contributing factor to their lack of success' argue away
  7. I'm going to assume this is accurate...and if so I don't even see how it's arguable anymore The only teams whose defenses perform worse than ours regular season-->postseason are sadsack AFC teams unlucky enough to get blasted by either us or KC (or both) and tomato can NFC wildcard fodder
  8. I don't see the significance of 18mins like you apparently do Again the Chiefs went like 29mins w out scoring in the Super Bowl Here's a thought experiment for you- put our offense or even heck just Allen on the Bengals or Niners or Ravens and does KC have their current dynasty? I say clearly not The flip side is give those teams our defense and KC is going for the 5peat this yr 😂😂We put the Pats and Colts up there
  9. You realize the Chiefs didn't score the entire second half of the AFCCG vs Ravens? It happens ffs
  10. i know you don't want to hear it but it's true here are the postseason offensive and defensive averages broken down into ppg and yards/play with where they would rank respectively according to last year's regular season in parentheses: Offense- 26.9 ppg (5th) and 5.82 ypp (5th) Defense- 24.8 ppg (30th) and 5.75 ypp (30th) It's not too much to ask of a defensive specialist HC to provide something other than bottom of the league type of defensive production in the playoffs. i'm not saying he can't or won't figure it out eventually. but it's glaringly obvious and has been for some time now tbh where we lack when the playoffs roll around
  11. Of course it is
  12. So when Mahomes' numbers go down when he's light on weapons does that mean he isn't as good?
  13. for me it's burrow and by a mile...nobody thinks Hurts is the second best QB in the league the legend of joe burrow is primarily the product of a playoff defense that holds teams to under 19ppg while he throws for 260 yards/game
  14. they had to pay Tua so let's not include that in the calculus. nobody is getting rid of the league's passing leader i can accept that they might have bitten off more than they can chew w Waddle's deal but the idea that you don't want great players (who are always going to be the most expensive) on your team is for the birds
  15. burrow's postseason stats are fine but nothing to write home about in that spirit i nominate joe burrow as the most overrated player in the league
  16. Are you saying Miami hasn't won a playoff game because they paid Tyreek Hill?
  17. I'd argue the Chiefs game was most indicative of what style of offense they want to run this upcoming season
  18. Those numbers would put him as a top 1 TE
  19. Average age of this message board got to be like what, 55+ right Asking the wrong people lol
  20. I changed my.mind I'm 50/50 on McDermott now but I know 100% I am kicking @Royale with Cheeseass
  21. i think his catches and targets go up but y/r goes down 82 catches on 109 targets, 740 yards and 5TDs
  22. i legit did not know about that rule 👍 can't remember seeing it called before?
