  1. Dorsey's offenses were consistently better against better competition he also never got the benefit of playing a terrible Jets defense 2x year, the year after Daboll left they went to the top of the league
  2. 100% this down to the word and the most predictable part is the amount of grace that Brady will be extended when his offense is almost inevitably less productive...until it once again becomes convenient to fire him when the team underachieves. rinse repeat another OC another system another year of peak Allen w scraps for offensive coaching
  3. i also watch the niners a bit and i think deebo is arguably more important to their team. not that aiyuk isnt technically the better wideout but imo he's more replaceable in their offense i know its playing the injuries game but if greenlaw doesnt go down early and they have hufanga healthy i think they win that SB pretty comfortably tbh
  4. i think playoff game checks are only like $40k😂😂 some guys might prefer a shorter season all things considered
  5. How much time is left and how many timeouts Because I'd rather go for it on 4th and 15 than rely on bass rn all things being equal
  6. and again- we are NOT struggling to get past the Chiefs 'like the rest of the league' the teams i listed previously do NOT give up anywhere close to the numbers that we do vs Mahomes.
  7. It's clearly not just a Chiefs problem. that's just spin imo The defensive numbers vs other top teams that have played the Chiefs in the playoffs (Bengals, Ravens, Niners specifically) compared to ours are staggering
  8. allow me there are two answers, the very simple one first- Beane, for all his missteps, managed to pluck Allen from out of the morass of Darnolds and Rosens. He's responsible for the single most important Bills draft pick ever and that's always going to trump whatever roster deficiencies may exist in a given year. McDermott has no such singular victory. In fact quite the opposite- he's directly accountable for one of the worst collapses in league history. the more complex answer is that NFL roster construction is as we know a bicameral process executed by the GM and informed by the tendencies and preferences of the staff. there is very little doubt in my mind that Beane's drafts and pro personnel moves would differ significantly under a different HC. that, along w the obvious fact that despite incredibly disingenuous protestations to the contrary we very much did have Super Bowl caliber rosters in both 2021 and 2022, is why McDermott is correctly under more scrutiny than Beane
  9. Heck Chiefs got Butker on waivers from Panthers iirc
  10. It's the unfortunate reality of being a kicker...your misses are always more memorable than your makes Part of the job description
  11. Knock yourself out They called a play w a deep and shallow option, pry common feature...one of which gives you the greater probability to win the game.
  12. No nor that Diggs had basically given up on the team But hey he should have gotten the ball even tho he wasn't finishing his routes and had just insinuated the biggest drop of his life was the QBs fault
  13. The odds are baked into win% But by all means continue advocating for one of the two options that had a lesser chance of actually winning the game😂😂
  14. checking the ball down to Diggs gets you a WP of 65.56% down 3 w 1:50 left TD to Shakir gets you 71.19%
  15. lol i have the guy you quoted in agreement on ignore and for good reason- the people who think the wideouts aren't good enough are generally also the people who think the hc isnt. so as is his chiefs trolldom wont he once again completely misses the mark
  16. I think doing your own show as a woman in the industry kind of lends itself to those kinds of promotional frivolities She does a good job imo
  17. Esp considering that's 310lb Christian Wilkins hanging on him
  18. i should clarify i dont care if people think allens the second, third, first or fiftieth best qb in the NFL because he doesnt have a super bowl i do care that the buffalo bills win a super bowl
  19. who cares
  20. no It means there are reasons beyond QB as to why teams do or don't accomplish things
  21. grizzly wintergreen ftw
