  1. He literally tweeted this tho
  2. Maybe But paying a bunch of above average guys isn't the way imo
  3. 11th I believe
  4. I think that's the point tho isn't it If you want to pay the Chris Joneses sometimes you have to not pay the Ed Olivers and Dawson Knoxes
  5. Putting up those numbers w colt McCoy is better than great lol
  6. Iirc we said this verbatim last year re Knox
  7. That's fine and I agree, just saying Henne came in and led that offense on a 98yard TD drive in the playoffs and I do not see the Bills doing that if Allen goes down
  8. No I'm saying your contention that the Bills roster without Allen performs like the Chiefs without Mahomes is wrong
  9. Chad Henne made it look pretty easy in the playoffs when he came in
  10. He got left 1v1 a couple times early and lost contain in pass rush iirc When doubled he got moved pretty easily for some big Mixon runs, I mean w a backup online they rushed for 170.
  11. I mean isn't the long and short of this we signed the 9th overall pick to a middling/good extension All things considered I'm not sure that should be construed positively
  12. It's the way they do things and I agree w you, I think it's just as risky cap management giving the Ed Olivers and Taron Johnsons of the world good deals as it is taking big swings on DeAndre Hopkins etc I mean it's commendable they have a system that can utilize guys without elite pro traits but you end up w a ton of capital that isn't valuable anywhere outside Buffalo
  13. This is pretty in keeping w the FO philosophy of extending good scheme fits/process guys who probably have more value here than to other teams because they lack elite NFL traits The way the league is trending it seems like an outdated approach imo
  14. Cause offense dollars are more valuable probably
  15. Think he overrated the defense some but overall fair, Bills roster I wouldn't necessarily put top5 in the league but close enough
  16. first rep was bad second was ok and third was actually a W imo, understands the front is going to leave his man 1v1, moves him to outside leverage and engages long enough to get the throw off...just couldn't seal him off on the anchor due to bad footing
  17. This For a little speedy type the guy was just clumsy af
  18. Good info I still want Hopkins but this helps in context Only thing I would add is that if he actually had been traded his comps would look a lot better
  19. I'm almost positive the Chiefs squibbed the last kickoff vs Eagles in the Super Bowl and a couple seconds ran off the clock before the guy fell on it
  20. pretty sure the clock starts as soon as the ball hits the ground
  21. he should get some looks imo solid coach for a team going that route
  22. pry amazing how the argument has boiled down to 'well we don't need Hopkins because everyone is going to die anyway'
  23. Still one of the premier teams in the NFL unsure whether that will translate into a Super Bowl as currently constructed
  24. That is interesting...I thought he had an agent
  25. It has to be at least a little concerning that over 20% of that production came in one game
