  1. It's just different vocab for different sports Unconscious usually when discussing soccer vs football tbh Wales were at least as dangerous second half as we were in the first Their plan was better imo, for all the talk about the new US approach this looked very much like the plucky underdogs not knowing how to handle the big stage but without the grittiness of a Donovan/Dempsey or going back further McBride etc etc
  2. Not outplayed or out talented but out managed Welsh were unlucky to be down a goal at half knowing US had run themselves out, and they would have ended up winners if that game goes on any longer Poorly managed and substituted imo Credit to Wales manager for having a better plan
  3. McKinnie was bad Aaronson and Morris as subs were awful Lost the thread after halftime and it may cost them advancing
  4. Did not deserve to win
  5. Good half
  6. McKinney careless going forward

  12. No real surprises w starting lineup
  13. literally missing half the starting defensive lineup yesterday
  14. Kelce is a monster
  15. Rough question but rougher answer
  16. I mean...you understand it's much more difficult statistically for the offense to score when down late in games than it is for the defense to hold a late lead? There's a reason teams down late in games have such low win%
  17. Neither the offense nor the defense seems to perform particularly well at end of game high pressure situations, but I would easily go w offense because they always have the best player on the field in Allen.
  18. Defense is very banged up rn
  19. Edit I was not at the game sorry
  20. Looked very much like an appropriate player/coach interaction to me
  21. I have Bates Morse and Milano
  22. Hosts lacking quality unsurprisingly
