  1. i have no agenda against keon, i have an agenda against bad takes this is the exact moment allen turns down the throw to keon. yellow LOS is the 31, keon is standing at the 33. there is just no way this goes for anything other than a 2yard gain, im sorry he threw the exact same ball on the exact same route to shakir in this game too, gain of about 1 and shakir got absolutely rocked
  2. have a hard time believing on the second one you can criticize the throw w out mentioning the route but thats cover1 for you smh i mean come on that is about as minimal effort as can be has the nerve to put up the mailbox too😂😂
  3. I have no idea what you're talking about The LOS is the 31. When Allen turns down the read to Coleman he's standing at the 33
  4. Yes the 8 to Samuel is definitely a read Allen turns down would love to see a deep in from Kincaid there to hold the high safety vs that cover3 look
  5. Correct imo The fact that Coleman isn't sharp on this particular route is pertinent because his rub combo w Samuel is pretty clearly one of the reads here, Shakir I don't believe is an option
  6. 😂😂says the guy who believes Allen is responsible for drafting Coleman
  7. wrong 17th aka dead league average in intented air yards/attempt
  8. ok so when shakir lines up as X i don't know how often he's a read. im going to guess not very on the scramble sure, i guess if they worked on scramble drills enough allen would know that shakir turning and running upfield is going to break off and come back but not throwing the ball to a guy who's back is turned seems like a pretty marginal thing to quibble over
  9. i mean no offense to whoever joe marino is but i dont know how you can look at that play and not immediately see coleman's release off the line like that is what that play is about to me. not some read that the QB may or may not have missed
  10. lol what exactly is the mistake here? not throwing to coleman? ffs watch him on his release, he's moving in slow motion, he doesnt have a good feel for setting up that rub and gets passed over...happens
  11. ive watched all the plays. i don't pretend to know exactly why certain throws get made/don't get made...i can give you my guesses. you probably wont like them first off re: coleman route here. allen actually did throw that shallow cross to shakir in this game- it resulted in a 2yard gain and shakir getting absolutely rocked. seam to samuel is probably next read but that's a tough throw. moves on to other side of the field reads, doesnt trust pocket, bails not super indicative of anything imo
  12. wrong allen is league average 17th in intended air yards/attempt he's also 1st in QBvalue/average, 6th in EPA/dropback, 7th in CPOE, 6th in success%, 2nd in ELO, 8th in ANY/A, 7th in win%added/dropback...no offense but people saying allen isn't playing well ive been kind of ignoring rn
  13. i watch all22 of each game there isn't anything wrong w Allen's play. you don't have the 4th best completion% in the league w an 'off base'
  14. he's also just built wrong winning outside takes elite athleticism and levers shakir just doesn't have all that. hes a pure inside guy and thats fine but hes never going to be a true wideout
  15. nah Davis and Coleman are basically the same talent wise, Davis just had the better attitude while he was here outside his penchat for getting into arguments w fans
  16. it's also theoretically how you tend to score better if youre a pro i mean
  17. 😂😂right? like can't he just point at Gabe Davis and say look- even a bad wideout can earn a second contract if you're catching passes from Allen
  18. 😂😂i love how all of a sudden NOW it's an issue when they've been trying to do this for 2.5 years now i mean, if you saw it coming, you're not even that upset. this is what an ultra conservative ball control offense looks like. now admittedly it's a little unfortunate they installed a bad OC in brady but a good one would have just laughed if they asked him to come here and run this system w Allen
  19. dunne did a podcast w jim monos after the bills game, apparently he talked to another AFC assistant coach about the Bills and the guy told him he absolutely hates watching us play offense😂😂says quote "it looks like a defensive coach is calling it, zero risk, ball control, no aggression, just a hodgepodge of plays..."
  20. not only does he not know how to fight for the ball, he often never even gets the chance a lot of the time he ends up getting bodied and rerouted during his route and can't recover balance to even make an attempt on the pass. it's like he isnt ready for the physicality of nfl level dbs, which would be understandable if he was still a rookie but this being is 2nd yr...not a good trend
  21. pats are heavy favorites to win the division rn at -270, bills +210
  22. ed oliver, in a vacuum, is decent the context is that we've only gotten 30 career sacks out of an undersized penetrating 3T that we spent a top10 pick for. he's been horrific value for us
  23. no i'm assuming neither do you or the guy I quoted talking strictly what you can see on the sidelines
