That is a really interesting question. I don't remember any specifics around the time of the signing. Maybe that's all Richie was willing to sign for at a price the Bills were willing to pay.

Of course there is, but not within the parameters that YOU have set. Your mind is made up, great, good for you. Just remember determining the best ever is a very subjective exercise. -
