  1. Thought I heard he would have to clear waivers if we sent him to the PS.
  2. True dat sorry lol I think his posts are pretty much just copy paste from one thread to another regardless of the topic. Maybe it's the avatar that suits him so well?
  3. Just stop posting troll.
  4. No. We just need to score more touchdowns. At the stadium afeter a TD Shout is still one of the best songs and whips the crowd into a college type frenzy. I would love something different after a field goal however.
  5. I wonder how jow doubl u is going to feel about this pre season sell out. I'm sure he rails against Brandon for this. Like in this thread. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/148998-bills-season-ticket-sales/ Me, I think Brandon is very effective in his current role as CEO. Russ, good job.
  6. He had potential and his cost to ir and maybe maybe not fully recover is not great at all. Further you cant predict the future and shame on us if we do need his services if he's able to contribute whenever. And at the same time I would have kept Merriman just for the sake of what we've been through with him. And how'd that work out for me?
  7. Lol. No this year there wasn't. Often they will bring out Buddy or Chan for a 5 minute speech and they would take a few questions. This reception with food and drink is genuinely worthy of hanging around for when they do it. I asked if Buddy or Chan would be speaking and my ticket rep said no they are heading into meetings and are just too busy right now. And I look for Vince Young to further seperate himself from Thiggy and Thiggy is in the next wave of cuts.
  8. Really? Well thats your thought. Remember when we were beasts of the east we didn't sellout every game then even during sb runs. And dont forget Brandon has to explain to bean counters such things that go on. I think from an organization standpoint they did the right thing with the blackout policy and that decision should have surprised no one. They also were not the only team to make that decision and when you think about little old us and the cheapest seats in the league, easing up on the policy that helps season ticket sales and NOT have to contribute more money to the opposing team as a result left the team with no choice on this matter. As a fan I hate it. But I also have seasons so dont really care but if you would have made a decision other than what he did with the dynamics that THIS team has to work with well, then you would be graded F as the CEO. Lease negotions? Hold the the County and State hostage and dont allow a reloctaion penalty so as to disuade the next potential buyer. Again as CEO doing what he should be. As a fan again I hate it. Did you used to work for him in some capacity before he let you go?
  9. I actually expected to get to 50,000 after singing Mario and then Mark. Doesn't matter we will be closer to your 60k than my 50k for 2013 season! I am surprised that he isn't getting flack as there obviously was no event conflict merely a cash conflict and they decided to lie about it I guess. I think your a fool to write off Brandon as CEO. Gm sure but marketing guy fantastic and go ahead and tell me what mistakes he has made since being relived of GM duties other than this blunder which I would think is all about Rogers hemmoraging money on this deal. I would think he gets an A as CEO and I guess those that work with him, for him and above all must be pretty happy with as things are certainly looking up. You think Buddy wants any part of what Brandon does? I'm sure he does not. I think Russ is in a perfect spot for his skill set at this point and have to give him props for what he's been through and is currently doing as a member of the organization.
  10. I also have the Bills going to the playoffs. And i have them going 5-1 in the division and actually winning the division on the last game of the year that will be flexed to a night game against the Jets. So much fun coming our way this season.
  11. That is a shame Mr. Rags. enjoyed well over $100 worth of food and beers. Whenever Ralph is footing the bill for these events I love to enjoy and get some of what i give every year back. Food was decent and the beers free. Thanks Ralph.
  12. i missed the practice but I did make the all important free reception in Kelly club with open bar and food I am glad to hear that VY got all the work as # 2 though. Buh bye Thiggy. Thanks for letting me know what I missed, but I was glad for what I got in the club lol. Go Bills!
  13. Please dont go the opener. Me and 74,000 others are there with big expectations and fully intend on having fun that day.
  14. There it is, completely irrelevant. I was wincing watching FreEx run the ball. Staying healthy is pretty much it. Coach knows what he wants and sees and makes his decisions and what changes that? Injuries. So I agree the only thing that matters is to stay healthy.
  15. Second time in this thread that was pointed out to me. Thanks. I get it! LoL I just hope the other guy in this thread who also thought we could just PUP him gets it though.
  16. Expecting them to open by ripping off 16 straight run plays and then 10 more with VY lol
  17. I can see a reduced role for him while we bring along new kids perfectly. I think he would be satisfied with a reduced role also as he he reduced his salary. I just hope he is able to go because of how classy a Bill he has been. I would like him to be able to go out on his terms and assist us in bringing along his replacements.I really appreciate the memories he has provided us over the years and will miss him. This guy has endured a lot as a Bill and to lose out on this season when it appears we have righted the ship finally would be sad. He dseserves to be on a winner. I am well aware as some are pointing out he has rarely been on the field the last two years or has lost a step etc. That doesn't change the fact that he may be able to contribute in many ways still as long as he is able to go by the start of the season. Tony, I saw what you posted about the PUP list thanks for correcting me on that.
  18. T Mcgee ain't goin nowhere. Seasoned vet coming back from injury. Has teh respect of the organization, doesn't complain or mouth off has been a model Bill, restructured his contract etc etc etc. Only way he goes is PUP. He is an all time great Bill.
  19. Fits absolutely stunk. Thigpen was worse. Vince had a couple of runs/scrambles that you could plan a game around but was still less than impressive but certainly has way more upside than Thigpen. Thigpen, you're cut. But tonight left me with an odd feeling being there and watching it. Brad Smith, also sucked. However he seemed to have a command out there that Thigpen and Vince did not. I was quite surpised by that and would actually like to explore that over the next three pre season games. I'm saying it now that I saw potential in Brad Smith to be the backup qb. The most gloriously over paid backup of course but a capable guy possibly. Interesting to see how that plays out over the rest of the pre season. And for anyone freaking out about Fitz I get it. But I am certain he will be average or better once the season starts and there is enough talent on both sides of the ball to overcome his inadequacies and yes I think I spelled that wrong. Go Bills. At least one goal plost is coming down after we clinch the division against the Jets in the last regular season game this year!
  20. It is a little scary that the team is saying they have no knowledge of what Grandstand Chuck is up to. We'll see soon enough I guess.
  21. The Berman interview is absolutely awesome. Loved hearing him say the way we got Mario here and just refused to let him leave was old school and that it was like we closed the runway down for 24 hours lol. Said he talked to Ralph and told him it was like old times the way we handled that and Ralph laughed about it. It was in fact a great interview! Those who missed it get a hold of it. Murphy was great on the radio as expected. It is a very much welcome addition to the local airwaves especially given the access he has to the team.
  22. I also have two sec 235 under the overhang. Conversely to you I would like to get my cost of $368 or whatever it is now back. Looks like I'm going to see RGIII lol
  23. Seattle is going to need a back and hey maybe they can mentor each other.
  24. Sure sounds like something CHIX would say
  25. Fair enough I am thinking we are 12-4 and winning the division. Anything less than 11-5 will be dissapointing to me this year. We're not fooling around anymore. We signed a couple of guys that should direct our season to no less than 11 wins imo. Fitz is a serviceable qb and I think thats all we need because our D is going to !@#$ing rock the world this year!! Go Bills!
