At End of the day I really believe there will be a 60-65K stadium downtown, enclosed similar to Ford Field. New Era gets demoed and practice facilities built and such, Orchard Park is the location for all Practices and Camp.

And why the Owners keep saying Toronto Build a Stadium and we will come. Fact is and will remain, New Era Field is the WORST stadium in the league with maybe exception of Washington now that the Raiders in Vegas and LA Stadium read. What would be smarter paying 850M for a remodel, paying roughly the same for something like a Ford Field. Or Yearly 50-100M Band-Aids

I read what you wrote. You said reverse the Order. Meaning the Major Remodel is the No 1 Choice. So again I ask where are the Bills going to play during a Major Remodel? What will the Hidden Costs Be in a Major Remodel, there are always some, look at a gut job on a house, you plan a budget of 75K and it ends up ballooning because once you break into the walls there is more that needs to be done. That 500M budget for a major remodel can easily grow to the price of a brand new build. I can pretty much guarantee that their study they have completed looks very similar to my list, and hence why the instituted Tail Gate City (or whatever they called it). They want to see what the foot traffic is in that when tailgating space gets limited. (Hence a down town stadium). And I bet it will be a smaller stadium, and ticket prices are going up.
