Pretty Dream Draft for me, I got very good players in the Rounds I wanted to get the positions in. RB I wanted to wait until 149 but I couldn't pass up the value there so changed my plan a little bit. Missed the TE I really wanted at 137 but O'Grady grades there as well (would be MUCH higher without the off-field flags) Rounded it out like I always do with Throckmorton another Ryan Bates with experience at EVERY OL position.

Josh Uche - early grade was 3rd rounder, I think he goes in the 2nd now. Performing really well at Senior Bowl really helping him. Great Athlete with quick twitch, his explosion drills should test well. Explosive first step Fluid back peddle and can carry his zone Decent counters in pass rush Productive in limited playing time On the Smallish side build wise and length Lacks inside counters do to lack of strength, OTs can sit on outside speed rush struggles to disengage rotational player in college and think will be a rotational player in NFL Willie Gay - have him as a 5th rounder right now Not a great run defender, gets caught in wash Terrific Zone instincts Major Off-field flags that would need to be cleared up very limited pass rush skills, has no counters to speak of Doesn't seem to have a plan with his rush. I have Guidry as a late round pick to Priority UFA. He is 67th ranked WR prospect. Thoughts: Hands are good, however a smallish catch radius for a WR with his size. I would anticipate somewhere in the 4.5-4.6 40 range, some will say he will run in the 4.4s but I don't see it on tape but I don't think will get an invite to the combine Good Body control Stiff out of breaks does not sink hips in cuts Route Tree is very limited Does flash big play ability avged ovr 30 ypc Plays smaller than his size Seems to get up to speed fast. lets ball into his body more than he should Best Trait is getting off the line with Press Coverage in his face, has a great release.

The cap will go up again next year and likely by alot with the new CBA and Network deals. So I could easily see alot of kick can restructures and tags placed on players. They have over a year to get it done before that happens in terms of the NEW League year. I think it will be done this summer

Final thinking in this Position group for me would be: Take one of our picks after round 5 and draft one of the punters. The reality is once we get passed round 4 I think any player drafted is going to have a hard time seeing the field with the depth that we have built on this team. So, I am looking to upgrade a position that we have been trying to for a while All three of these punters have draftable grades IMO. So, go get one. I really am not going to be comfortable going into camp with Kaare Vedvik and Corey Bojorquez in a punting battle. All kickers in the draft have undraftable grades and without seeing an actual upgrade to Hauschka right now just stay with him. Just know that anything over 50 yards at this point I would seriously consider going for it instead, especially in open air conditions. Write-up I did on the Group to Justify my thinking

What I am interested in it this offseason teams have the ability to use 2 tags. So how many of the available 64 tags will be used. That is going to really hurt the depth of the UFA market
