Yeah I did I think that initial 1.6B was at the 70K seat mark, because they mentioned cut seats to get into 1.4B. I do still think they are trying to release enough leverage out there to get the stadium down town, and why we are still talking 2027. But cannot commit at ALL without infrastructure being addressed first. Saying we are committed to DT without guarantees on infrastructure is a failure from jump. We are talking about lets say 50% public money on the stadium, That is almost 1B downtown and then what another 500M-1B in public money for infrastructure. That is essentially untenable in this market.

I dont either, Haack Holding is what IMO put him on the team over Bojo, and I dont think Hekker has any holding problems and is a better Punter than Haack so that would be the immediate upgrade and would be all in on it.

What position Groups do you think the Bills are looking to add in from Cuts. I think the following is areas they would be looking at. Punter - I think Haack is replacable, watch what happened in LA if Bojo wins that I would want Bills all over Hekker RT - I think the will be looking at some Rotational OT as well if one shakes free a nice Swing OT CB - I think this is the area of the weakest depth on the team.

And that Cost is 1.9B without the infrastructure requirements. So 1.4B in Orchard Park - Lesser impact on Public Money 1.9B plus in Downtown - Increased impact on Public money

What is interesting is the Timing. 3 to 4 years from when the lease is up and when this stadium would be ready. Where would they be playing for that lag.

Seems by reading about it, the Pegulas had a Number of 1.4B. That was the cap (dont know if that was already somewhat agreed to with the county and state) but Cut seats to get into that 1.4B range. So it seems there is more going on obviously than is leaked in Media. This could be a leak as well, saying ok we can get into the 1.4B range, but that is a 60K stadium. Want a bigger one be willing to put in more NYS and Erie

That the League would likely want this stadium closer to AVG which is 65K. and I would not move off my plans without a SB if I was the owners. True But the Tech is there, I just fielded an extreme cold power Box to the military. includes alot of charging capability from tactical to the normal USB ports, there are ways to protect that stuff from the extreme cold without having an active heating system on it, tested in in Alaska no failures. I wish the article did get into those more, I really want to know the perks that will go into this stadium, not just seating size.

I hear you I would have rather been a complete Dome, However as long as the seats are protected from the elements with the overhangs and roofing, I think all the tech will easily be protected. I am fine with PSLs as well, just let me know what my price is and I will send the payment

Why NY got one. I think it is very easy to get one, specially if the fans are protected. But if I am the Bills that is the only way I am letting the league have any major influence in my seating capacity

Well there is a lot of new technology out there that they could leverage as well. Add in charging stations at each seat. etc etc. There is alot of new tech for in game experience that can be built into the stadium leading to that price tag as well. They really didnt get into the perks of the design in the article

I also do think the League will try and see if they could get the Bills to go up to about 65,000 that is the AVG of the league. So that would make about Sense. And Bills leverage for a SB, if you want more seating
