Hopefully, somewhere down the road, we can get a group of bi-partisan elected officials to come to agreement on sweeping pharmacy regulation reform that will include measures to ensure that every pharmacy maintains stock in accordance with state regulation, or can obtain certain items in a reasonable amount of time in accordance with state regulation, and has pharmacists on duty who will consent to dispense these items in accordance with state regulation if there are other pharmacists on duty who object to dispensing it. For the second time, I understand exactly what emergency contraception means. That's why I think it's funny. Contraception, as in to prevent conception. Emergency, as in a sudden, unforseen crisis; a situation that poses an immediate threat to human life or serious damage to property. "911, what's your emergency?" I guess I am the only one who sees the humor in it.

Yet they won't name one of these communities either, they just assure you they exist, and that there are many of them. Having lived out in the country before, where we had to drive long distances to do any type of shopping at all, I remain skeptical. If I'm wrong, and there are so many of these towns out there where Wal-Mart is the only place to get a prescription filled, I'm sure someone can prove it by naming one of them.

In this specific case, that is not an issue either. Just wanted to clarify that intelligence collection is not as much an either/or proposition as boots on the ground. Adding missions or targets surely places additional strains on resources, but today's technology allows for a lot more flexibility than the hard choice of putting a rifleman in one location or the other. That's all I meant to say.

Sounds like common sense when you explain it that way. But having worked missions on both targets you reference, sometimes on the same shift, I can assure you that targets worldwide can be exploited without moving a single linguist anywhere.

I'd be more curious as to the relationship between average income and convictions. Actually, I'm not curious, as I know damn well what it would reflect. Unless you think OJ the janitor would also be free. Maybe instead of blaming racism for a higher percentage of black convictions, our resident lawyer will recognize there is a far greater number of blacks being convicted for a lack of a high-dollar defense, and offer his services for free.
