I've never been involved in any form of politics. Can anyone answer this question? Does the DNC, RNC, Green Party etc. have people at the top who make policy, communicate it down through the ranks and all members of the party are expected to vote in line with the policies that are set? And, do these policies get pushed down all the way to the local counties and towns? A good example is bail reform. Did that policy get approved by the higher-ups in the DNC and all levels of government are told to get in line? I know there are some rebels like Manchin and Cheney who buck/have bucked the party but is seems like most, always vote along the party line? Are these politicians allowed any opportunities to vote with their own thoughts without repercussion?

I don't understand their thinking in 1973 nor 2023. Access in and out of that stadium sucks donkeys! I went to UB when they called that bar the Three Coins. I remember it being kind of dumpy. I was at the game. Most incredible thing I have ever seen in sports with possibly the Miracle on Ice tied with that game for first.

Got into an argument with my wife and her uber liberal friend tonight. Full disclosure. I have multiple friends and family who are gay and one who is transitioning. I love them with all my heart. What I don't like is the constant pushing it in your face and the attempt to influence kids. Look. I like to ***** my wife a certain way. But I don't have a parade about it. Am I wrong? Fine. I think the whole portal and NIL thing is a disaster. Case-in-point. Saint Bonaventure basketball had a great starting five two years ago. Except for one, who declared for the draft, they all went to bigger schools. Essentially wiped out the team. That's not sustainable for smaller schools.
